Both Goenka and singhania family comes to the court.Everyone looks tensed and upset.Because they know it's not right decision for their children.In future they will regret for this.

But one person looks relaxed.It is none other than sawrna devi.At last her dream comes true.Naira is going to be separated from kartik forever.

In Court Room

The proceeding was started.

Both sides lawyers submitted their document to honourable judge and informed the judge that their clients have mutually agreed to get divorced.

"Aren’t they interested to reconciliation?"
He starts inquiry about the statement.

Judge-Is there any allegation against  each other?

k and N-No

Judge-Mrs goenka are you tortured by ur husband?

N-What types of question is this?He never raised his hand against me.Heloves me..

Judge -Is it true?

Kartik-without any thinking yes I love her.Whatever the situation is one thing is unchangeable is my love for her.

(Literally I got annoyed to them when they were silent in the court and thought other might be denied to get divorce.)

Judge-So why did u want to get divorce?Is this marriage a joke for you??

Kartik and Naira becomes silent.

Judge-I can't understand anything.Both of you claimed love each other.So why u did come here and asked for divorce??

Sawrna becomes supper angry after hearing kartik's confession.She can't be remain silent.

Sawrna-They want  to get divorce because she is a murderer.She is the killer of my son.

Judge-Then mam you come a wrong place.It’s a family court; not a criminal court.

Sawrna-Though she didn't kill my son,she leads him to death.

Devyani-If naira is a murder then manshi is also a murderer...

Judge-Order.Be silent.

Who is manshi and shubam?How they are related to this case?Someone   explain me properly.

Naitik-Shubam is kartik younger brother who takes drag secrectly.Before the day of his death naira came to know that he took drag.But shubam requested her not to tell anyone.Nextday he himself admitted everything before everyone. But next-day due to overdose of taking drag he was death.

Manish-Manshi is kartik younger sister.She is not adult then and she drove car rashly which caused to an unfortunate accident.In this accident naira's mother was death.But thankfully they did not file any case against mansi and forgave her.

Judge-Driving without license and rash driving is punishable offence under Indian Penal Code.

And Without intention or motive no murder is constitute.So miss naira didn't commit a crime.She is neither a guilty nor a murderer.

The court has decided to hold a camera session only with mr goenka and mrs singhania in today's  next session at 3 p.m

Judge Chamber

When they reach at the court,it starts raining heavily.They get drenched.Naira shivers.Kartik notices it and takes the remote and changes the temperature.

Judge notice the caring side of kartik.He is now 200% sure that this couple madly love each other.May be situation is not favourable for them.

So he decides to give them time.

So Mr and Miss goneka you have given a period of time; six month to reconcile your relations.In this period you have to live together.And after end of this period if you guys failed to reconcile or don't find any hope in your relations then divorce will be granted.

And it's  the court final decree of the court.

But whatever you have decided that must be your own decision.
