Falling apart

Katniss POV:

As soon as I wake up I see peeta with his head in his hands

crying! I try to comfort him but nothing is working! " peeta it's ok!" "No it's not I hurt you!" " I don't care, that won't change how much I love you!" " well what if one day it happens again but it gets worse and I actually kill you! Did u ever think of that, If I kill you I wouldn't be able to live with myself!" Peeta says. "But it's ok, we can get through this together!" "I think you should leave now." Peeta says. "What no I'm staying right here, I'm not gonna loose you!" "Katniss just go I don't want to hurt you I think we need to stay away from each other!" " peeta I promise we can get through this together!" I say as I grab his hand but he just shoves my hand out of the way! " katniss please go!" "No ok staying here with you peeta!" "KATNISS I SAID GO!" After that I can tell he means it. I walk out the door with tears in my eyes and run home! When I get home I burst into tears! Just when I thought that he came back to me I loose him again! That night I couldn't sleep the nightmares as usual keep me up and I spend the entire night crying!
