Escaping it all

So before I continue the story I want to thank you guys for 1k reads. I really really really appreciate it fellow tributes ( that's what I'm gonna start calling y'all) and I did change the picture for the book just wanted to let y'all know so y'all wouldn't get confused or anything. I have done enough talking so here's the story

Peeta POV

Today is the 76th year of the hunger games where we once again fight to the death. I have promised myself that no matter what happens that katniss will make it out alive even if it mean me dying. Soon we get dressed in the outfits they have provided and walk into the tubes that take us to the arena. I look around at the tributes I will be fighting with and see annie, johanna, some other people that I don't recognize, and..... gale. Then I suddenly hear the gong and take off running while at the same time searching for katniss. I find her and we both take off running. We are about to set up camp when we hear Claudius templesmith's voice. "hello tributes we have added two more tributes from district 12 named Lily and Ryan Mellark. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor." Then a hovercraft comes and drops Lily and ryan's bodies. They see us and come running to us. I can believe they put my beautiful children in this horrid place. It almost brings tears to my eyes but I have to stay strong. Then we hear some leaves and sticks crack "mommy I'm scared." Ryan says. Then the career pack comes racing toward us. I pick up both kids look at katniss and we take off running. Once we are sure that we have lost them a hovercraft comes over us with a ladder hanging down. The ladder has a note attached to it. I reach over and unfold the note and read it

Hello we have come to rescue you get in the hovercraft and hurry.

I look at katniss and put the kids as katniss on the ladder then I climb up the ladder behind my family.
