Tate's POV

I wake up squished to the side of the bed.

I see Violet hugging Michael while she sleeps.

She's such a good mom.

I glance at the clock... 9:37AM

I hear Matthew crying.

I don't wanna wake Violet so I get up and go pick him up.

I bounce him lightly in my arms. Something we do to soothe him.

He must be hungry.

I go to the fridge and get a bottle of Violets breast milk.

I run it under hot water until it's warm.

I dry it off and put it in Matthews waiting mouth.

He suckles it and gratefully drinks it.

He drinks it all and I burp him.

I put him in the play pen and he crawls around playing with a rubber teething ring.

I go back to bed and Vi is still sleeping.

I get in and wrap my arm around her and she wakes.

"Sorry baby, Matt was hungry." I whisper.

"That's okay babe. Good morning" she smiles.

"Morning," I kiss her.

Michael wakes up.

"Hey, are you okay?" Vi asks him.

"Yes, I had a dream that Con locked me in the bad boy closet because I wouldn't kill someone."

'Con' haha at least he knows Vi is his mom now.

"I'm sorry," Vi says then she kisses his forehead and hugs him.

"It's okay Mike, you're safe now." I tell him, testing out a new nickname.

"MIKE! I like that!" he giggles and smiles.

"You've got your dads smile you know?" Vi tells him.

"Yay!" he smiles again.

"You have your moms nose," I tell him and poke her nose. It's true. Violet and him have the same nose... well so do Vivien and Violet but Vi's his mom now and she and Vivien have similar features anyways.

"Mommy!" he laughs and wraps his arms around her neck.

"What do you want to do today Michael?" we ask him.

He shrugs.

Constance never took him out I bet.

"How about the zoo?" I ask him.

"Zoo?" he asks, confused.

"A place with tigers and bears and monkeys! Everything!" I smile and spread my arms out to exaggerate 'everything'.

"Yay! ZOO!" he claps.

"Okay let's get you ready!" Violet shouts and swings him around. They both giggle like maniacs and it melts my heart to see Vi so happy.
