I woke up screaming, sweat dripping down my face along with tears. My heart beat was going a hundred miles an hour, and I was crying so hard.
"Nikki! What's wrong baby?" Gerard asked, holding me close to him. I wrapped my arms around him instantly, squeezing him as tight as my little arms could.
"You, you were in our room!! An, and you had a gun, and, and GERARD IT FELT SO REAL! I THOUGHT YOU HAD KILLED YOURSELF!" I wailed, sobbing into his chest. He hugged me tight, rocking back and forth.
"Shh, Nikki I'm right here... I'm right here, baby..."
"Gerard please don't ever do that!! Please!!"
"I won't honey... Shh, it's okay," He whispered.
"Let's go back to bed, baby..."
I nodded, laying down. He kept his arms wrapped around me, and I kept my arms wrapped around him, too. That dream scared me so much, it was the worst nightmare I could ever have. I was relieved so much when I woke up to find Gerard right there next to me. As pathetic as this may sound, if he ever did that, I would too.
As my breath began slowing to its normal pace, I once again fell asleep.
