Hidden Away [R27]

Chapter Fifthteen

Previously...

"Hm." A small smirk plastered to his lips as he stood from his spot. He could clearly see that the being before him was a demon. However he had never seen this class of demon. Hibari couldn't help but feel excitement from the thought of a strong opponent. Not only did he know that demon was strong, but Tsuna as well. It was a common law in their world gang only the strong can't contract such demons. After all. Anyone week would be swallowed whole by their summon.

"Fight me!" Hibari shouted as he positioned himself into a stance to fight.

Present...

Reborn smirked as he flipped his hat up some. Revealing the dangerous glint of amusement in his eyes. He began to walk around his summoner to the other boy only to be stopped by Tsuna.

"Not now" the burnet quickly said. "You can bash each other's heads in when I get back from the trip" he added standing up from his spot. He wiped his pants attempting to eliminate any traces of dirt he could before grabbing his things. He quickly began walking away, not even giving Reborn the chance to say anything back.

"Another time then." He quickly walked after his summoner. Silently replaying everything that had just happened in his mind, while formulating many questions to ask Tsuna when he got the chance.

They hurriedly made their way down to the front of the school where a bus awaited the students who were going on the trip. Reborn had more questions once again as he began to curiously look around and stare at the bus.

"Why are you going on this trip?" The raven haired demon suddenly asked from behind him. Tsuna didn't answer and simply kept walking. He turned his head to look over his shoulder giving a slight nod to the bus. Signaling him that he'd answer his questions once they were on the bus.

The teacher stood at the entrance to the door with a clipboard in hand. His face void of emotion as he scrolled through his phone. Casually looking up once in a while to grasp his surroundings.

Tsuna quickly made his way to the bus door, glancing slightly at the teacher to confirm he had seen him before boarding the bus. The burnet carried his bag behind him as he made his way to the back of the bus. Carefully placing the bags in the compartment above his sit before sliding into seat by the window. Reborn taking the seat next to him.

Tsuna knew to the others that the seat would appear empty and most would think it was up for grabs, however, with his reputation and the demon already in the seat... No one would even make a move to seat there, although Tsuna was sure Reborn would stop them before they could even think twice about it.

Tsuna quickly pulled a notebook and pencil from the only bag he kept with him in the seat. He motioned his head at Reborn who stared at him with anticipation.

"Why are you going on this trip?" He quickly began his interrogation. His arms crossed over his chest and his left leg crossed over top his right.

"My father had pre-approved every trip 'required' for me to take" his answer was short but got to the point. The demon nodded his head lightly before moving on.

"Why did you speak to that person on the roof?"

"Hibari? He's the schools head of discipline community. He basically runs the school. I accidentally spoke to him some time back and this was the first time since then that I had seen him. I just didn't think it was necessary to hide my secret from him, since I know he wouldn't dismiss it as being misheard" Reborn read each word as he wrote them out. He hummed in response. Pausing for a moment to think of another question. Reborn couldn't help but mentally laugh at how recently all he seemed to have been doing was asking questions, while Tsuna answered almost willingly, most of the time.

Tsuna looked up noticing the students begin to fill he bus. He quickly replaced his notebook back in his bag before staring out the window. Reborn hummed once again. Disliking how Tsuna looked away from him. His eyes narrowed lightly as he uncrossed his arms. He didn't appreciate having their conversation go cold turkey all of the sudden.

"Tsuna" he called attempting to regain the attention of his summoner. Tsuna continued to stare out the window. Pretending that he hadn't heard anyone.

"Oi, Tsuna" Reborn's voice looked over the burnet as he tried to act as if he was alone. How he was suppose to look. He knew Reborn knew why he did it and frankly, he figured his summon would understand. He had been living with the other for sometime now and even told him more than anyone else ever knew about him.

Reborn's eye twitched slightly before a complacent smirk plastered to his lips. He reached his hand over to place it gently on Tsuna's knee. The boy instantly tensing up but continued to look out the window. The demons smirk slightly faltered but quickly regained a new vigor as he slowly made circles into the side of his knee using his thumb. He watched the boys hand twitch on the seats armchair and his eyes slightly glancing his way before focusing on something outside the window.

Within that moment, Reborn decided to go a little further. He ran his hand part way up his leg before moving back down to the knee. Watching for any reaction no matter how small. His taller frame leaning into him as he breathed hot breath on the side of his face. He slowly reached his hands up to move under Tsuna's arm moving his fingers slightly before pressing a little harder. Tsuna's lips twitched and up turned slightly as he attempted to stifle the laugher bumbling up in his throat. He let a small laugh out, loud enough the people around him stopped to stare.  Their faces shocked and somewhat unsure of what they had seen and heard. Tsuna instantly swatted the demons hands away, not caring if someone questioned it.

He gave Reborn, who only seemed to smile in triumphant victory, a stern look.

"Don't ignore me" Reborn simply said before tilting his hat down. Tsuna only huffed. Sliding down more into his seat as he mumbling incoherently under his breath.
