Selena's POV:

I would like to think that November was good to me. After Harry asked me to be his girlfriend, he seems to have found a sudden necessity to kiss me as many times as possible whenever there were any males around. But, I'm not complaining.

The temperature has dropped and the sounds of Christmas classics have begun to make their apperance into the snowy streets of Holmes Chapel. Hot chocolate has been selling fast and holiday specials make the bustle of Starbucks exciting and lively. After successful sales, Miley has decided to give me a break and though I insist on continuing work, Harry gladly accepted the offer for me and immediately pulled me out the store. I was a bit annoyed at first, rolling my eyes at his inconsideration, but the eager almost giggle-like laughter that he gave out the minute we got outside warmed my heart.

We had mid-terms in school and though they were difficult, I think I did all right, which was a miracle. With Harry dragging me everywhere with him the past month, I haven't gotten to spend as much time as I'd like to on my work. He's lucky I just happen to do homework ahead of time whenever I am free. Let's just say, the reason Harry's failing is obvious.

After the tests, school has been temporarily closed due to the increasing amounts of snowfall. Just getting there has now become an obstacle and it is difficult to even pay attention once inside. Harry is surely glad about this new announcement.

Since we have so much free time on our hands now and Christmas is just in a few weeks, I decided that going gift shopping would be appropriate. There are so many new friends I have made moving here and old ones I still want to spoil.

"Must we really go shopping? Selly, there's still like 2 weeks. It's so unnecessary to start now," Harry whines as I shrug him off, hand tightly grasping his. I forgot to mention how much I also love the nicknames that now effortlessly slip out of his pretty pink lips.

"We should get it done now so we won't have to worry later when there are more people and less things available," I point out as he rolls his eyes.

"I wouldn't know. I never get people gifts," he snorts as I stop mid-step. Currently, we are strolling through the shopping center I visited with Danielle before where I ironically got Harry a gift when he was in no need of one.

"You never get anyone a present?" a frown finds its way to my mouth when I think back to how much I enjoy making people smile and love knowing how happy they would be afterwards.

"There's nobody who needs one," he says like it's no big deal.

"Your mom? Your sister? Liam, Louis, Zayn, and Niall?" I throw out all the important people of his life.

"They have money. They can buy themselves whatever they want. Just because it's a holiday, it doesn't mean they suddenly have to ask other people to do it for them," he scoffs and I cross my arms across my chest.

"I see now."

"What?" he quirks an eyebrow at my plain statement.

"You're like the Grinch of Christmas, aren't you?"
