The Help

I sat holding my babies on the couch.

E: It's all gonna be ok

I said not trying to reassure myself along with my kids. Just then a loud knock came at the door. I looked out and saw 4 strong and built guys. I stood in fear against the door.
I ran to the kids.

E: Kids Go to the secret attic NOW!

They nodded and ran. Seconds later the door swung open. I sat on the floor on my knees and looked down.

E: Hurt me.

??: What?

E: Take me. Just leave my family out of this.

Jo: Um Ella?

I looked up to see Jack, Zach, Corbyn and Jonah soon followed by the girls and their kids all holding suitcases.

E: What—Whats going on?

C: Your house it huge so. While Daniels gone and your in trouble....

Z: We are all staying with you and the kids.

J: And we can't leave our families....

Jo: So we brought them too.

E: We only have 6 guest rooms.

Z: They are huge. You can dedicate a room per family.

E: Are you—

Jo: We are gonna figure it out.

J: Ella we aren't leaving you home alone with your kids while you have someone dangerous after you.

E: Thank you.

I was pulled into a group hug.

K: We aren't letting you suffer Ella.

Ch: We are all here for you girl.

E: Thanks

A few hours later the kids took 2 rooms and my kids rooms and the parents each got a room. We were set.

E: Thanks again.

Ki: Anytime love 

We hugged again and all sat down across the living room and watched minions.

I loved my family. I—we were ready for any challenge that came our way.

Another loud knock.

??: Open up

I couldn't believe my ears.

Emma had returned.
