D: Ok I will be there soon my love....

E: Ok

I hung up on Daniel and put my phone in my pocket. My legs slowly lifted towards my stomach and I propped my head on my knees. My eyes slowly shut as I smiled to myself over Daniel. I still felt giddy just thinking about him.

Moments later I felt strong arms pick me up. I smelled Daniels cologne and smiled. My head slowly nestled into his chest.

D: You're safe now my love.

Daniel whispered obviously smiling.

E: I know. Why do you think I'm not budging.

He giggled.

D: In all honesty I thought you fell asleep.

E: No, the adrenaline rush from the jump is still going through me.

He giggled again.

D: I can't believe you did that.

E: You really underestimate me, huh?

D: No. I just—

E: I'm kidding. I can't believe it either.

D: You know. You're pretty sexy when your all dangerous.

I lifted my head to look at him.

E: All you think about is sex, huh?

He chuckled.

D: No...unless—-

E: Daniel Seavey!

I hit his chest.

E: Let me see my kids first it's been a day—or a week.

D: A day. Don't be so dramatic Ella.

E: It seems like forever without being around either of you.

D: That's very true.

I felt his knee touch me as I realized he was walking up the steps on the bus. I heard yelps and happy noises as I was placed onto the couch.

Jo: ELLA!

Ch: Your ok?!

I was engulfed by hugs and kisses by my family. MY FAMILY. They all began to backed away they yelled questions. I just stared at them, this was my family...were we related? No. However, they've been through more with me than many have. That's family.

I calmed everyone down with my girl power story.

<Later>

As the bus pulled up I leaped out. I watched as my mom opened the door and my kids ran out.

MY KIDS...!

I showered them with love as did Daniel as we walked into our house. I held Elaine as Daniel held the twins hands.

The door behind us closed. My mom held me tight as tears slowly fell down my face.

E: I was so scared.

M: I know bab—

E: I didn't know if I would ever see the kids again or...or you or—

I looked into the other room at Daniel playing with OUR KIDS...

E: or Daniel....Hey mom

M: Yes baby?

E: I love Daniel

M: I know baby...that's why you married him....I-

E: No mom. I know. I just—I really...I'm happy mom and I love Daniel and I know he loves me.

Her smile widened.

M: What I would give to hear that from your father again. Sweetie. I'm so happy that you are happy. I look at you and I just see myself and your father, we were soulmates you know. I hated him at first and then it was nothing but happiness. I-I'm just so happy you found your true love baby.

E: I did mommy.

Daniel walked over and smiled. He hugged my waist and put his head on his shoulder reminding me of the first time he met my parents when he wrapped himself around me and I felt that buzz of love.

E: I really did

I whispered quietly.

D: Whats the gossip ladies?!

My mom giggled as she wiped tears from her eyes.

M: AHH! I hate how happy I am.

She fanned herself.

M: I need to go cry, I'll leave you be.

E: Oh mom...

Daniel smiled and hugged us both.

D: I love you ladies. Especially you.

He kissed my head.

D: I'll go make some food.

M: Yep. I'm crying.

My mom walked away and to the bathroom.

D: Guess being dramatic runs in the family.

I hit his chest.

E: Oh shut up. Now you'll burn the food...I'm helping.

He took my hand as we walked to the kitchen. I looked out the window at my children running around outside happily.
