"We've got a hit!" Someone called, Cap and I standing on the top balcony overlooking the controls. "Eighty-nine percent match."

"Where is he?" I demand.

"Stuttgart, Germany. He's not exactly hiding."

"Captain, you're up," Fury addressed. "Don't look so alarmed, Miss Stark will be going with you."

He turned to me with a smirk. "That's what I'm afraid of."

He received a good punch on the shoulder for that one.

...

The crowd was in a panic by the time we'd arrived. Loki, dressed in a glimmering golden uniform, with huge curved horns on his helmet and a deep green cape across his back. He was one of the most unique people I'd ever seen. He had the crowd surrounded by trapping them with four of his forms. In his hand, he held a golden sceptre, a blue light emitting from it.

As Natasha opened the door for us, Loki pointed his Sceptre at a lone, elderly man who'd stood against him. Cap jumped down in front of him, protecting the man with his shield as Loki blasted at him. Steve stood up and Loki grinned. "Ah, the soldier, the man out of time."

"He's not the one out of time." I jumped out of the ship, floating in mid-air and sent a blast of fire at him, which he blocked just in time by counteracting with the sceptre. My next move was to knock him off his feet with the swipe of my hand and the air pushing him over.

Cap took over fighting one to one combat. Loki used the Sceptre to try and keep Steve at a distance who was good in a close fight. "Hey, sis, miss me?" My brother's voice spoke in my ear.

"Tony!"

My brother swooped in from above and blew Loki off his feet, hitting him right in the gut. He then proceeded to aim every firearm he had at the god. "Make your move, reindeer games."

I came to land beside him and raised a hand with a flame dancing in my palm. "He basically means get the hell out of your party costume, Loki."

Loki did so, his golden armour disappearing and he raised his hands in surrender. "Good move." Tony nodded, then flipped his mask up and gave me a kiss on the cheek. "And how is my lovely sister this evening?"

"She could really use a drink and a shag."

Steve cleared his throat behind us and we both turned around to face him. "Mr Stark."

"Captain." My brother greeted and wrapped an arm around my shoulder. We walked over to the landed plane as a couple of agents escorted Loki in secure handcuffs into the aircraft.

...

Cap and Tony stood on either side of me, the prisoner secured to the bench running along the inside of the jet. I crossed my arms, leaning to one side. "Does anyone else think something's a little off?"

"What, Rock of Ages giving up so easily?"

"I don't remember it being that easy." Cap shook his head.

There was a flash of lightning followed straight after by a clap of thunder, the electrical storm hitting us suddenly. "Where'd this come from?"

"It's Thor," I answer automatically, glancing back at Loki. "He's come for his brother."

"Thor?"

"Norse God of thunder, Cap, honestly keep up." Tony shook his head in a joking manner but Steve still sent him a dirty look.
