It's the next day and we're back in LA and on our way to film 21 questions. Novas gonna heat it today and I'm pretty nervous. We got to the place and they had me sit on a stool to sing it except I don't actually sing it I just lip sync to the sound track I made before this if that makes any sense. We start filming.

After a few takes we got it perfect and everyone got to watch it (Video above). You could see my hurt. I did a really good job. Nova pulled me aside. "You looked so depressed in that video" she said looking at me with a sad face. "It's because I am" I said. "I thought you were getting better" she said. "No I'm not it's just getting worse" I said pulling my sleeve up on my left arm revealing a bunch of cuts. I mean yeah I'm with the girl I love but it sucks knowing she's not completely mine and I can't call her mine. "Awsten why are you doing this to yourself" she said gently grabbing my arm. "I don't know" I said. "Well this needs to stop" she said. "I can't help it. When I see you and Geoff do anything cute it triggers it" I said looking at her. "Awsten..." she said pulling me into a hug. "I'm so sorry" she whispered in my ear.
