Chapter 11 • Efforts

Jin's P.O.V

Jungkook told us that Lisa texted her last night doubting herself, who wouldn't right? She was so lost right now because of what is happening to their relationship.

I went inside Jungkook's room to see what is he up to. I know that lately he's been exerting extra effort for Lisa.

" Kookie, what are you doing?" I asked him.

" I'm writing letter for Lisa. She's loves it so much, it is somehow her stress reliever kind of thing." He replied and he is indeed right, Lisa loves reading it calms her.

" Can I tell you something, Kook?" I told him

He nodded.

" When you introduced Lisa to us, I never thought that she will bring so much happiness in our lives. She's like J-Hope but the girl version. It is true that I got mad at you when we found out that you cheated on her because the way I see it you already have a diamond in your hands but still you decided to throw it to pick some pebbles. I also thought that because of what happen our friendship with the girls was over and I won't be able to tell Jisoo how I really feel towards her." I told him honestly letting all my feelings out of my chest.

He look straight into my eyes.

" I know how much of a jerk I am to hurt the girl who showered me with so much love and adoration. But hyung, right now I want to do whatever it takes just to regain her trust little by little. I do also know that you have feelings for Jisoo noona, Lisa somehow ship the two of you so much. She'll be jumping all over when she know this." He said and I can see the guilt in his eyes.

I'm sorry, Kook if you have to face love lessons the hard way. I hope you won't put your 2nd chance in love to waste.

Suga's P.O.V

I heared Jin hyung and Jungkook's conversation as I passed by Jungkoook's room. We noticed that he's been exerting more efforts just to prove Lisa that he is deserving for that 2nd chance. 

As Jungkook's 2nd older brother, I got mad not just because of what he did but also because he's the one who broke his own promises to Lisa. He let a nonsense misunderstanding ruin the relationship that they build for years.

I'm hoping that one day everything will be alright just how they used to be. The both of them suffered so much because of what is happening right now and they also deserve to be happy.

Love is such a crazy thing. It makes you the happiest person in the world for some moment and then you'll be crying your heart out because of it.
