Chapter 27 • Dinner Date 2

Jennie's P.O.V

I was a little bit shocked when I saw 7 handsome guys at our dorm while on the other our 2 maknaes are so damn busy bickering.

After me and Taehyungie bid our goodbyes to our friends before we head out.

Taehyung opened the car door for me before he run towards the driver seat.

" Why do the rest of the guys are wearing formal attire?" I asked Taehyung out of confusion.

" It was actually Jimin's plan to wear formal clothes for our date today, but the other guys felt the urge to do it as well to be presentable for you girls. Plus, they also made a little effort to make them feel special." He replied. I feel loved not just for me but also for my girls.

It took a 20 minutes drive for us to arrive at the dinner venue which is located at the rooftop deck here at the famous hotel in Korea.

I must say that he really exerted a lot of effort to make this place so romatic and classy at the same time. I can some rose petals at the walk way through our table with some vanilla scented candles as well.

Taehyung's P.O.V

It made me smile seeing Jennie smile because of the simple efforts that I did with the help of my friends, of course.

I pulled her chair for her before I handed her the boquet that RM hyung bought because I forgot it.

" Are you ready to take your order, Sir/ Madam?" The waiter asked the both of us.

" Yes please. Can we have 2 Greek Salads and 2 Medium Rare Steaks. What dessert do you want, Jen?" I asked Jennie.

" Do you want to try some lava cake? I heard they serve the best ones." Jennie answered.

" We will also have 2 lava cakes, please?" I told the waiter right away.

He first served our Greek Salad with some water.

After some moments the waiter served us the steaks and the wine that Jungkook bought earlier.

" Jennie, can I ask you a question?" I asked her.

" What is it, Taehyungie?" Jennie replied.

" I know that as of this moment, everything is in chaos between our maknaes but I hope it won't be a hindrance to let you know what I truly feel towards you." I said to her sincerely.

" What are you talking about, Tae?" She asked me, confusion was written all over her face.

" Can you be my girlfriend, Jennie?" I finally had the confidence to ask her to be my girl.

" Yes! Of course, Tae!" She replied to my question. I hugged her with all my might. Because finally I can tell the world that my dream girl is now my girlfriend.

Our dinner date went well like I hoped for. I will never trade this day for anything else.
