Chapter 41 • Appreciation 2

Jungkook's  P.O.V

When I heard Jisoo noona shouted from upstairs that Lisa injured herself, I run as fast as I could to her her room to check her situation. I feel sorry for her because I was so busy playing with V hyung that I got distracted.

" Hey baby, are you okay? Sorry if I got so busy playing Overwatch with V hyung. Jisoo noona said you injured your foot, do you need something?" I asked Lisa. I feel so guilty if only I didn't play so much earlier, it wouldn't happen to her.

" Hey babe, don't feel bad about it okay? Don't you notice anything?" Lisa asked me in return. I was curious on what is she talking about until I roam around Lisa's room.

I was shocked seeing a huge banner with a lettering saying " Lalisa loves you so much, Jeon Jungkook." I never thought that I will experience this kind of things after all the painful things I caused her.

We've been through the highest of highs and through the lowest of lows and I thank God that she didn't give up on me and our relationship. I am beyond blessed to have her in my life and I couldn't ask for more.

" This is the main reason why I distracted you by playing Overwatch, maknae so that they can execute Lisa's plan smoothly." V hyung stated. How can I ever thank them for being so patient with me.

" Plus that foot injury of Lisa is just a joke to make you rush in here to see if you'll notice her surprise." Jisoo noona added and they all laughed seeing my reaction. After a while they all went outside Lisa's room.

" I bought all your favorite snacks especially banana milk  and that Thai seaweeds that you love." Lisa told me while her eyes are sparkling with so much happiness.

I looked at her with so much love for a second when she waved her hand right in front of me.

" Hey Jeon, why are you spacing out? Everything alright?" She asked me with worry in her voice, little did she know I truly appreciate her and her efforts.

" Everything is beyond perfect, baby. When did you plan of this? I was clueless all along." I asked her.

" Actually, I planned it with Chaeyoungie earlier and she asked for our friends help while I run some errands. I can't do it without their help. Here, try this Timberlands." She said while she handed the Timberlands paper bag.

I opened it and I saw a note saying " I will walk with you all throughout our journey."

I can't believe that despite of what I did to her, she never forgets to remind me how loved and appreciated I am by her and I am beyond grateful for that.

Tears started escaping my eyes. I feel so loved by my Lalisa.

" I can't believe that after all we've been through you never forget to make me feel appreciated and loved. I'm one hell of a lucky man because I have you in my life. You are my eeverything, always and forever." I told her as I engulfed her into a tight hug.

She hugged me tighter and everything feels perfect having her in my arms.

" Do you wanna know the reason why I did this?" She asked me still hugging each other.

" No, would you tell it to me?" I told her but deep inside me I want to know why.

" I decided to do this for you to let you know that I appreciate you and everything you do for our relationship. I know that we almost broke up because of what happened but during that time I can see how you exerted so much efforts just to have me, my trust and my love back." Lisa replied. I hugged her even more. How can I be so lucky?

" You also deserve all the best things in this world, Jungkook and I want you to know that. This surprise that I prepared for you is nothing compare to all the efforts you have given me since day 1. I will never get tired of telling and showing you that I appreciate every inch of you. You matter, Jeon and I love you always." She continued and I can feel my tears slowly invading my eyes.

I gave her pain but she's giving me so much love and appreciation in return. I broke her once and yet here she is giving her heart to me once again but I promise that this time I won't allow myself to mess up. Lisa is the most selfless person you'll ever meet. She'll put everyone first before herself.

Having her in my life will always be the best thing that ever happened to me and I knew for a fact that letting her go will be the death of me.
