Prompt 1 - The deadly purge games

So kinda like;

In the year 3018, a disease mutated In a population of nearly 100 humans. Not knowing of any other way to rid the world of this disease, the government started a hunger purge.

This purge consisted of 30 diseased humans in a dome-shaped fight for survival against newly controlled elements where the 'contesters' were starved and dehydrated until the last man standing.

It wasn't until the disease in the human cells suddenly became airborne that the government took drastic measures and created an annual hunger purge.

Every year, 30 diseased contesters were rounded up and brought to their deaths...

Something like that?
