The long Sect war was put on pause due to the banquet. Preparation for the war relief was sent out and burial sites were found for the deceased. Mourning could be heard for days as the burial rites occurred. Kuan-Yin has used her medical expertise to help those who were wounded. Too many had died in the Sect war just because of grudges and the method to manufacture the runic sword. Many graves for the common people and a stone grave of the disciples who died in action engraved. Grief and regret bubbling in her stomach.

Something in her stomach was filling up and it was going up to her throat. A flood of rhythms came bursting from her mouth and another voice accompanied her, Kuan-Bai. Both their voices synchronised, easily transitioning between notes. A powerful yet sorrowful. They both easily ploughed through octaves effortlessly. Her melody voiced her grief and sorrows for the people who not survive this battle and her wishes for the deceased to move on.

Susu has helped Kuan-Yin into a purple hanfu, purple veil and a simple silver hairpin. Her hair was simply put half up half down. Kuan-Yin hadn't found a way to conceal the scales on her face however decided a veil was the best course of action. Chen and Kuan-Yin both took the same carriage because Chen wouldn't allow Kuan-Yin by herself since Chen wanted Kuan-Yin to within arm's length so he could protect her. They both arrived at the palace together, Chen had to leave Kuan-Yin earlier to do some 'business'. "Yin'er I will come to join you after I have my finished my things."

Kuan-Yin nodded and left the carriage with the help of Susu who leads her by hand. But, Susu and Kuan-Yin both bumped into someone who screamed. "Hey watch where you are going! Do you know who I am?"

Kuan-Yin stared at the person looking into their soul, the colour of grey. An aggravated person, "First of all, I'm blind so I can't watch where I'm going and second of all I know who you are, Tang Hua, Tang Li Mu, Second Wife and Minister Tang."

Tang Hua flushed red in anger, seeing that the person in front of her wasn't giving in to the pressure of a higher status. "You better apologise to me otherwise I will,"

"Other you will do what?" Kuan-Yin coldly shot down Tang Hua's attempt to berate her, "Order you guards to oppress me or try to humiliate me in front of the public eye?"

Tang Hua was beyond embarrassed as her attempts to berate the strange woman in front of her had backfired. "What about you? You are going to try to oppress me? I am the Tang Minister's First Miss!"

Kuan-Yin smirked, "Tang Hua I can't believe you can't recognise your older sister,"

Everyone in the Tang family was evidently shocked. Kuan-Yin's appearance has improved since she had severed ties the Tang family, obviously, not many people knew about this. But, now everyone has suspicions that the Tang family had kicked out a such as person despite their condition, looking down on the Tang family. "Know that you know that I'm Kuan-Yin. Shouldn't you be apologies to me?"

Tang Hua having since a big pride didn't want to bow before the waste Kuan-Yin. The second wife approached, "Tang Hua is still young and ignorant wouldn't you allow this slide just this once?" her sweet sickly voice made Kuan-Yin want to vomit.

"Let this slide?" Kuan-Yin giggled, "If she doesn't learn from her mistakes and she continues this behaviour won't that dissipates her reputation?"

"Yin'er we are family," The second wife gritted her teeth but continued to smile, "Can't you let this be forgotten and let bygones be bygones just this once?"

Kuan-Yin's devoided grey eyes stared at the second wife, "I have cut ties with the Tang family so it's not appropriate to speak about family." Kuan-Yin glared obviously annoyed having to deal with such a headache."You have allowed your daughter to act in such an arrogant manner and turned a blind eye to me while I was being mistreated by your daughter, So I have already have let your daughter's behaviour slide many times so there is no need to let this slide."

Many whispers erupted as the rumours of the previous of the Second Miss of the Tang Family being mistreated had been exposed but also that Kuan-Yin had cut ties with the Tang family. Fan and Susu were about to act on the Tang family, However, Kuan-Yin stopped them. A eunuch came, "Titled princess, Kuan-Yin the banquet is able to begin and it requires your attendance."

"Titled princess? How can this trash have to the status of a princess?" Tang Hua was chucking a temper tantrum.

Everyone was shocked, it was a heinous crime to accused or berate a royal member of the palace. The penalty was usually being demoted to a commoner or worst case scenario death.

"Titled princess?" Everyone was shocked. Kuan-Yin pulled out her jade pendant showing her status as the titled princess, the black Jade Pendant from her deceased mother.

The second wife secretly grinded her teeth, seething in anger, "Tang Hua!" the second wife glared at Tang Hua internally telling her to stop and regretting turning a blind eye on tang Hua's behaviour after seeing how powerful Kuan-Yin has become.

Tang Hua immediately stopped herself in front of her mother and so many others. "I'm sorry for my insolent behaviour, I hope that your highness will forgive me!" Tang Hua gritted her teeth while bowing still obviously not sincerely apologies.

Kuan-Yin turned towards the palace, "I will let this slide once and once only," Kuan-Yin turned her head staring at the Tang family, "If this happens again I hope you are prepared to suffer the consequences of your crime." Kuan-Yin flicked out her sleeve leaving everyone stunned by her word. Simply overpowering, leaving no room to refute back.

"Tang Kuan-Yin!" Tang minister begged, "Please forgive Tang Hua!"

"Tang?" Kuan-Yin scoffed, "I longer am a member of the Tang family since the day I cut ties, I do not want to hear that surname attached to my name again!"

Kuan-Yin left into the palace with Susu and Fan following behind. She entered the hall where the banquet was being held and when she entered eyes were directed at the last person to enter. "Titled Princess Kuan-Yin has arrived!" the same eunuch announced her identity in front of the crowd of people.

Kuan-Yin bowed in front of the emperor, "I am sorry for being late I was caught up in some problems."

"No need to worry!" The emperor rose from his seat, "Let the festivities begin."

Dancer and musician began their activities in the centre of the room. Kuan-Yin sat beside Chen and his parents and began eating the food that was Chen was feeding her. She was enjoying herself, eating and listening to music. Lisa came running to Kuan-Yin, pulling her upwards, "Yin'er, come dance with me!"

Kuan-Yin happily obliged and danced with Lisa, both of them sync with each other, one an eastern beauty and another a Northern beauty. Their contrasting appearance made the dance more appealing, more bewitching and showcasing the beauty of their countries. Kuan-Yin and Lisa both giggled and talking in another language the Easterners were not familiar with. Kuan-yin's fluency in the language had shocked the representatives and royalty of the Northern Foreign Lands. After the showcase the culture of all the foreign lands, it was time for the negotiations to begin.
