Unfortunately for the wild dog, Midoriya's instinct came and he did a backflip to dodge the wild dog. He went up to 8% of his power and clenched his fist. He punched it directly. The weak injured wild dogs that he took down were easy to deal with. Slowly, the injured dogs vanished into pixels. Plutia was sitting down feeling left out.
