Lorenzo was hiding something from me and I was really annoyed, especially since he's been pushing me away. Then I heard him on the phone with someone. I'm never usually the jealous type but I really love him.
"What are you thinking about?" Lorenzo asked as he stared at me through the rearview mirror.
"Nothing" I smiled then looked out the window.
"Mommy where are you going?" Mia asked and I turned to look at her.
"Daddy and I are going on a date"
"What is a date?" She asked and Lorenzo looked at me.
"I'll tell you when you come home," he said and she said ok. The car came to a stop and I got out. Lorenzo took the girls out of their car seat and I held on to Mia's hand "let's go". We walked up to Hazel's front door. Lorenzo ringed the doorbell and the door opened.
"Oh my god, I'm so glad to see you. I haven't seen you in a long time" Hazel said and I rolled my eyes then chuckled.
"We saw each other yesterday," I said and she examined me then took melia.
"Well you look hot," she said and I look down at myself. I had on a cute black dress in which hazel picked out for me.
"Why thank you hazel" she smiled then hugged me.
"Come on girls let's go," Hazel said and Mia ran inside. "Bye have fun and make sure she's back before 12," she said then glared at Lorenzo and I chuckled. We went back inside the car. I put on my seatbelt then sighed
"I miss them already" I whined and Lorenzo chuckled then placed his hands on my leg. "Where are we going?" I curiously asked.
"It's a surprise," he said in his deep voice. I looked over at him and his gaze was fixed on the road. The drive was a long drive and butt hurt from all that sitting. He parked the car then looked over me. "Are you ok?" He asked. I nodded and he got out and pulled the door for me. I placed my hand in his large ones then step down.
As we walked up to the restaurant I stared at him. He looks so hot in his suit, his hair slicked to the back, I could just run my finger through it. He looked over at me and gave me a small smile. "Here we are" he whispered, I slowly turned my head and I gasped.
"Wow this restaurant is beautiful, you did this for me" I whispered then pecked his lips. This place cost a lot.
"I'll do anything for my baby" I smiled then held on to his hand and leaned into him. I saw people outside the restaurant clicking photos. Paparazzi. I hid my face into Lorenzo's arm and he stopped "if you're not comfortable with this we can go around the back" he said and I shook my head "Are you sure?" He asked.
"It's ok Lorenzo let's just go" we walked and I looked around and held on to Lorenzo's hand for dear life. They started asking questions while clicking photos but we just ignore them and continued walking. Finally, we got in. I relaxed and looked around.
"Mr. and Mrs. Esposito your table awaits," the middle-aged man said. Did he just say, Mrs. Esposito? He walked us over to our table then left. Lorenzo pulled the chair out for me and I thank him then sat down.
"You look so beautiful" he whispered and I blushed then stared into his eyes. I smiled then began to rub my foot against his. Someone cleared their throat and I looked up.
"What can I get you lovely couples?" She asked. I picked up the menu and browse through it.
"I'll take the salad and steak, that's it" I whispered the last part and she wrote it down. She looked over at Lorenzo and he placed down his menu.
"I'll have the pasta and steak," he said and she nodded and left. A boy came over and poured our drinks then left. "Remember the time in high school when I asked you on a date?" He asked and I giggled.
"Yeah you came up to me and my heart started racing, you were my crush and I never thought that you would ever talk to me," I said and he smiled.
"Yep, I was like 'would you go on a date with me. Your eyes widen and you shook your head and walked away" he said then pouted.
"Well sorry, you were a bad boy and you broke a lot of hearts. I was a nerd and I wasn't stupid to go on a date with you and get my heart broken" I said and he shook his head.
"I wasn't going to break your heart, you were different from the other girls. That day when you refused me I played pranks on you to get your attention but failed. You were so cute in your glasses and baggie clothes" he paused while staring into my eyes "beautiful and sexy" I blushed even harder then bit my lip. The food was placed in front of us and we began eating.
A few minutes later when we were finished we had desert. "I'm going to the bathroom" I whispered then stood. I went into the bathroom and looked into the mirror. I have to admit but this was the best date I ever been on sorry it has to end that quickly. I felt a pair of hands wrapped around my waist and I jumped. "Lorenzo your not supposed to be in here what if someone catches us," I said as he buried his head into my neck. He kissed on sucked on my flesh and my lips parted. He trailed his hand up thigh lifting my dress all the way up to my waist. He cupped my ass squeezing then slapped it. "Lorenzo" I moaned the turned around. "No, this is the lady's room" I scolded him and he groaned then step back. I pulled down my dress and left the bathroom.

"Are you ready?" he asked and I nodded "let's take the back" I followed behind him and we left the restaurant. I got into the car and he drove off. It was really late and I was tired so I closed my eyes. The car came to a stop and I was wondering if we had reached home that quickly. I opened my eyes and saw that we weren't home. Lorenzo got out then walked over to my side. He opened the door then placed his arms under my legs and lift me up bridal style.
"Wow this is beautiful" I whispered as he walked us into the garden. The garden has a lot of roses and a gazebo. He placed me down on the floor and I pecked his lips "your so sweet" I walked into the gazebo and looked around. "Oh my god, I love this!" I screamed. I'm gonna say it, I'm gonna tell him I love him. "Lorenzo" I paused then turned around, my eyes widen and I gasped. When I saw Lorenzo on his knees with a box in his hand. I had to sit down for this one. "Oh my gosh," I said then placed my hand over my mouth.
"Mariya I've known you for so many years. My crush. I know everything about you, what you like and dislike. You took care of my kids they though they weren't yours and you also took care of me" he paused and tears came to my eyes " I want you to be my wife so that you'll be by my side always. I love you, will you marry me" he said and I placed my hand on my chest then nodded.
"Yes, I love you," I said and he smiled and placed the ring on my finger. I can't believe this is happening we only went on one date and I've been living at his house and I'm not sure when I'd moved in, it just happened. I take care of his kids which are also my kids. I stood up and kissed him. Something came to mind and I pulled back. "I haven't met your parents neither have you met mine" I whispered.
"You're going to meet my parents soon maybe in a month or so to spend the holiday," he said and I nodded "we can meet your parents too," he said and I wrapped my arms around his neck and he lifts me off the floor.
"I wanna go home," I said then pecked his lips and he smirked. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
