☆Chapter 5☆

Zahir ud din welcomed the royal family of Shah kingdom whole heartedly.  All are summoned in the royal court as Ibrahim Shah wants to discuss some thing important with Zahir ud din. But the king of Baharistan told him to rest for now so that they will discuss the matter tomorrow.

Hameeda begum is showing the palace to Aram banu, they are strolling here and there

Hameeda Begum: Come we will go to Mehrunissa's chamber.

Aram Banu: I'm waiting for this. To meet the beauty of Baharistan, i also want to see the beauty which smittened my son (She mumbled to herself)

Hameeda Begum:Aap ne kuch kaha?
(Did you said some thing)

Aram Banu: Ji ku., kuch nahi
(Umm no...nothing)

Hameeda Begum: Ok then let's go.

They move towards Mehrunissa's chamber and when both the queens enters into the room they're welcomed by the melodious voice reciting Quran. They sat on her bed to let her complete reading the Quran. After reading the Quran her gaze went towards the bed. She greets them with Salam!

Mehrunissa: Puchne keliye maafi chahti hoon, Lekin ye koun hain maa
( Sorry to ask mom,but who is she)

Aram Banu: No need to say sorry child it's ok you don't know me. Ok let me introduce myself. I'm Aram Banu the queen of Shah Kingdom

Mehrunissa: It means you're the mother of that evil Prince. I wonder how he didn't get any qualities of yours. He don't have any virtuous qualities in him.

Aram Banu: Pata hai beta hum ek acchi maa nahi ban paye
( I know my child i failed as a mother)

Mehrunissa: Don't be sad Queen there is still time you can bring him back in the right track .

Aram Banu: Yes there is still time but I want you to do this. You can change my son from a beast to a human being

Mehrunissa: But how can I Queen?

Aram Banu: We will discuss about that tomorrow in the royal court. And what I heard about you is true my child. You're indeed a beauty my child, no wonder why my son got smitten by you(She smirks)

A blush crepts on Mehrunissa's face with Queen's remark.

Morning at Royal Court:

Zahir ud din: Shenshah aap jo kehna chahte hain aap kehsakte ho
(You can say what you want to discuss O king)

Ibrahim Shah: Yeah actually I want to ask your daughter's hand for my son in marriage

Zahir ud din: Do you even know what you're saying king ?
His every word is dropping from anger!

Ibrahim Shah: I know very well. Before come to a conclusion listen to me first!

Zahir ud din: Jo baat hai saaf saaf kahiye
( Whatever is the matter tell us clearly)

Ibrahim Banu: O king i know my son is a beast and no one other than your daughter can change him into a human. I know no father in the world can married off their precious daughter to a beast ,but our last and only hope is Mehrunissa.

Zahir ud din: I can understand you but how should I married off my daughter to your son who only knows how to fight and win, and not only that he is a womanizer

Ibrahim Shah: That's what I'm trying to say king. After meeting Mehrunissa he didn't went to any woman, I wonder how he got smitten by a woman and after meeting your daughter all my doubts got cleared indeed she is a beauty but with brains who can change my son.

Aram Banu: Yes you're true my king. Mehrunissa dear, yesterday after meeting with you I have this feeling that only you can do this. You have this beautiful aura around you that can change a beast into human .

Mehrunissa: But the crown Prince don't love me. Iam a girl who have wishes like every other girl. I want to marry a man who will love me till eternity and I want to marry a man who will walk with me not only in this world but in Jannah too.

Aram Banu: I know my child now he likes you for your beauty but I'm sure soon he will fall in love with you not for your beauty but for your soul and character.

Zahir ud din: If I married off my daughter to your son. Will you give me a guarantee that he will keep her happy .

Ibrahim Shah: I'm sure of this he will keep her happy, as my Queen said, soon he will fall for your daughter, besides that,me and my queen will take care of your daughter. She will be our daughter not daughter in law.

Zahir ud din: I'll tell my decision by tomorrow

Right know Zahir ud din his ministers and his family is discussing about the proposal. One of the ministers asked him why should they accept their proposal when their Prince insulted their princess in the whole durbar.

Zahir ud din: I can understand your concern and respect towards Mehrunissa. But the Prince didn't insult her. After talking with king Ibrahim i understand one thing. Crown Prince Aryan indeed likes my daughter and he wants her by hook or by crook and he asked for her hand in the court but not in a proper way he used his trump card which is to "stop the war" by getting Mehrunissa

Hameeda Begum: I think they're true our daughter has the aura to change a beast into human.

Zahir ud din: Moreover if Aryan had asked her hand in a proper way or if he was a good person I'll have accepted his proposal. But after thinking well I want to accept their proposal and if they hurt my princess they have to face the wrath of my anger. But besides all this I want to ask my princess about her decision. Only after then, we will announce our final decision to them

Mehrunissa: Baba i want some time to think. I'll tell my decision by this night .

Hameeda Begum: Take as much time as you want my princess. No one is forcing you my child.
