The small country smiled up to him.

Russia pretended to think for a moment even though he knew the answer.

Russia replied his accent getting even thicker due to his nervousness.

"Awwww come on live a little!"

Phil tugged at his arm making his Lil heart beat even faster.

"I'll be there too! Don't leave me hanging now."

Phil frowned cutely.

Russia clicked his tongue pretending to be annoyed even though he wasn't.

"Fine.."

Phil smiled brightly and practically jumped up and down.

"Yezzzzzz!!"

There he goes again.

Russia's heart skipped a beat.

He looked down at the smaller country feeling heat rise up his cheeks.

He swallowed a thick lump on his throat.

Then before he knew it.

"Come on let's go get ice cream!!"

Phil tugged at his arm once again.

He was falling deeper in love.

Phil gulped and looked back at Russia worriedly.

He was seriously chugging down that bottle of vodka like it was just water.

"You're going to get a serious headache tomorrow..."

Russia slammed down the bottle and sighed.

"I'm used to it."

Russia replied. His accent velvety and thick making Phil's knees go weak.

"R-right.. but still.."

Phil frowned.

The party behind them was at full blast with music, lights and drunk people everywhere, but nonetheless, it was enjoyable.

"Don't frown."

Russia slurred as the alcohol finally took a hit on him.

"You look dull.."

Russia then again chugged the bottle of vodka and slammed it back down.

"Smile instead."

Russia took a side glance at Phil's reddened cheeks and chuckled.

"You look good when you smile."

Phil was taken aback and was speechless but replied.

"A-ah... s-salamat..."
