AFTER SCHOOL FRIDAY
Kunimi pov

I see y/n and go up to her so we can work on the project.

"Oh hi Kunimi." She says. She seems nothing like her brother. How are they related?

"Hi." We walked side by side to my house.

"So besides volleyball what are you into?" She asked.

"I like being free. No one telling me to do better or try harder." I say. She nods like she agrees.

"Me too! Being free is awesome. I hate people who treat me as their slave." She crossed her arms as we walked.

"We are close." I say as I walked on a familiar street.

"Ok."

We made it. My parents aren't usually home so I really don't have to care about people coming over.

I open the door and let y/n in.

"You have a beautiful place Kunimi." She says while looking around.

I lead her upstairs to my room to get working.

"Ok where do we start?" She asks while I look through the criteria.

"Well get your computer out and we will figure it out." She takes her laptop out and gets a new document.

"Ok lets start." She cracks her knuckles making me wince a bit.

"Sorry." I just focus on the project so later I can be lazy.

A hour later skip

We did some progress. Not alot but enough to say we did ok.

I was leaning my back on the side of the bed trying to keep my body up. Then I hear snoring. Great

A sleeping y/n. Well do I leave her or wake her?

I carried her to my bed wasting some energy.

"Kuni." She whisper while sleeping. I stop.

"Yes." I say while placing her on my bed.

"Your warm." She clings onto me. I lay beside her. She still clings to my arm. I finally gibe in and wrap myself around her.

She snuggles into my chest making me hitch my breath.

"This feels nice." I Say super quiet. Then the room gets darker and darker.

Next morning.

I wake up to the sound of snoring. I feel so warm inside. I just cuddled against something until I heard a voice.

"Uh Kunimi." I opened my eyes and let go of whatever I was holding.

"Sorry." I say. This is so embarrassing.

"Its ok. I mean you are super warm." Y/n says while rubbing her eyes. Oh yeah we were basically cuddling.

My thoughts were cut off by here moving.

"Thank you for letting me sleep with you- wait not like that. Thanks for not being mad at me." She says while packing her stuff.

"I'm not mad and you can come over anytime." I say. She leaves my house and I sigh of relief. People are gone.

Flash back

"Kunimi I think we should break up." A girl with blonde hair said while letting go of my hand.

"J-"

"Kunimi it is Talni to you."

"Talni why?"

"Its just you."

"You not me."

Its me? She broke up with me because I was being myself. Myself being blunt.

"You don't show me any love. You don't care so why should I."

"You just aren't enough." I reached out but she turned and left.

Another flash back

"Bro don't worry about her." I got a pat on the back.

"She is stupid for not loving you for you."

"She hates me."

"And her opinion doesn't matter. Only your opinion of yourself does."

Hate me all you want. The person who hate me the most

Is me.

I snap out of the memories.

"Why am I like this?" That is a question I would never get answered.
