Robbed of her life and education, Fallon was brainwashed by HYDRA and turned into another assassin. Dubbed as the Red Warrior, she carried out the missions that the Winter Soldier couldn't complete. She was in and out, like a mindless soldier.

When HYDRA and S.H.I.E.L.D fell, somehow Fallon slipped through the cracks undetected. As she laid low, she began to formulate her new mission. She would not stop until the last piece of HYDRA was gone. In her wake, Fallon left the dead bodies of HYDRA operatives. Her last leg of the mission was to take out her partner and competition, the Winter Soldier.

But when she saw how the Winter Soldier was slowly rebuilding his life, she hesitated in taking his life. Instead, she watched over and took out those who wanted to hurt the Soldier. However, when someone does frame the Winter Solider, Fallon is out of hiding and helping Captain America.

• HYDRA was interested in Fallon because she was a gymnast and good
• she was brainwashed, and a small part of her was always in fear when she carried out her missions
• the winter soldier was her trainer, her partner and her competition
• during the events of TWS, Fallon slips through the cracks and decides to lay low before finishing off HYDRA
• after her mission is complete, she decides to take out the Winter Soldier and then decides not too
• this whole part (^) is an au that leads into CW
• this is also where Fallon rebuilds her humanity
• when Bucky is framed and taken in by the gov. she locates Steve and teams up with him
• it's hard for him to trust her, but when Steve realizes that Fallon is genuine, he does let her help
• it follows into CW, and Fallon is team Cap for the sake of Bucky
• she'll follow Steve and Buck to Wakanda, and she'll speak to him for the first time before he goes under again
• Fallon will follow Steve, and they'll slowly build a friendship while on the run
• this can go into IW + EG, but that's up to author
• Fallon does have a sort of crush on Buck, but again, that's up to the author to explore and pursue
• but the biggest plot point is that Bucky is the reason that Fallon rebuilds her humanity— that's the point of the story
