Spencer Reid had practically been the only other kid in the library besides Victoria. They sat at the same table and read quietly next to each other for months, without ever saying a word. It soon became an unspoken thing between the two kids, to sit next to one another. Victoria finally said something to the boy a week before she was to leave Vegas.

When she did leave, all they had to remember each other was a polaroid picture of the other. So, the kept the polaroid and hoped they'd see each other again.

Twenty something years later, Victoria Holmes finds herself settling into the town of Quantico, Virginia following the death of her husband. As Olivia, her daughter, spends her days in school, Victoria goes to the only place she's loved since childhood, the local library. It's filled with various college students, and not much else, but there is one man who seems out of place among the kids. It reminded her of the little boy she used to sit with, and so she decided to sit with the man.

Little did she know that man was the same boy that she had sat next to as a child. History was repeating itself, and it only took the twenty-something-year-old polaroid for them to realize, and fall in love once again.

- Spencer is also really good with Olivia (when he meets her)
- set anywhere between s9ish and s14-15ish
- this is totally a fix-it fic for the season 14 finale
- the rest of the story is up to the author, but Victoria and Spencer are endgame
