It's been a serious problem but because of your best friend you have managed to handle yourself and your worries.
He is always there when you need him. You could literally call him in the middle of the night to come over and he will.
Not only because you're his best friend to but also because he loves you and he's waiting for the right moment to tell you but until then, he will be always there when you need him.
