"Hey." He said as he closed your door and walked closer to you.
"Hi." You responded.
"How are you?" He asked as he sat down next to you on your bed.
"Could've been better."
"Why's that?"
"You know why, Ezra." You said as your head snapped to him.
He looked down.
"I know. I'm sorry."
"It's okay. I'll be fine."
"Really?"
"Yes."
"Well, define fine."
"Okay enough to keep going."
