God, we already reached over 2k? THANK YOU!

"Welcome back, Min!" Sungwoon grinned as he hugged his old friend tightly, "I can't remember the last time we've seen each other."

"It's been a while! I missed you," Jimin responded and gladly returned the cuddle, "You've become shorter."

"Hey, don't make fun of me! I may be smaller, but I'm still stronger than you. Don't test me, ChimChim!" The younger quickly defended himself and even put his cute, little fists up.

"Okay, okay. I won't say anything about your height again.. for now."

Sungwoon just sighed and went back inside, the model following him and curiously observing his friend's new apartment. Every corner seemed to be surrounded by books and comics the 20-year-old had collected passionately, but it was a warm and cozy place to be staying at.

Jimin didn't really care if this sounded selfish, but he was happy to have a normal friend for once and hoped that Sungwoon would never decide to take the same path like he and some of his other friends did. He needed a person who reminded him of how life's without being famous and that you should never take these kind of things for granted. It was a strange feeling, because Jimin never used to think about stuff like that. Maybe it was because he had recently seen how one of his old colleagues got caught up in a huge scandal, made the whole nation judge him, lost his reputation and even withdrew from his company.

"How's university going? Are you still working at that old library?" He changed the topic, not liking the idea of something similar happening to him.

"Huh? Oh well, most of the time I'm studying, but it's alright. My parents promised to visit me during the holidays, so I have a few things I can look forward to. And yes, it's the same boring job."

"Maybe you should apply for another place?"

"You mean, like another library? Nah, I'll stick with this one. It pays well and I'm already used to everyone. What about you though? Did it feel good to see your father again?" The student asked and led them to the kitchen in which there was already food prepared.

"Well, he's pretty busy, but I appreciate the fact that he at least tries to make me his priority for the week," Jimin answered and smiled when he noticed the filled table, "This looks delicious, Sungwoon! We could've just eaten outside though, why did you make this much of an effort?"

"Are you kidding? We hardly see each other, of course I'm going to prepare something for you, hyung. Eat it, I'm currently taking cooking classes with Daniel and learned a lot of new recipes!"

"Seriously, Daniel is taking cooking classes with you? Isn't he into things like.. I don't know, boxing and stuff?"

They sat down at the table and started to fill their plates with the many interesting looking dishes Sungwoon had made for his childhood friend. Jimin finally felt home.

"He's forced to come with me because of losing a bet, but I'm sure he secretly enjoys it too. To be honest, this is a great way to work on our relationship: I always watch his matches, while he also participates in my hobbies. Now, we understand each other better."

"Woah, this sounds very mature. I'm proud of you, Sungwoon. After all, you guys got a complicated past."

"Yeah, I think the break up kinda helped us to learn from our mistakes and make it better at the "second attempt". Anyway, how are you doing? Are you seeing anyone?"

"Uh, no I'm single. But that's okay, you know how exhausting work can be."

He decided not to mention Jungkook and his secret crush on the handsome doctor. Jimin knew that Sungwoon wouldn't like the idea of him going after a man who was already committed to someone else and really wasn't in the mood for any fights. The younger was a close friend, but just like Seohyun, he didn't belong to the "world of celebrities".
