~World so dark
Finger on the trigger
Lost sight of the man in the mirror
Following a heart of a sinner
I'm fallin' I'm fallin' I'm fallin'
I've lost my way~

The man turned the radio down a little while quietly humming along to the tune of the song. He heard it for the first time today, and although he only understood a few words because of his poor knowledge of English, he was still able to empathize with the enchanting tone of the male singer's soft voice. It wasn't the type of music he would normally listen to, yet he had taken a liking to it.

"The rain is depressing," the voice behind him suddenly spoke up, tearing him out of his trance. He then returned his attention to the window panes, which were all covered with numerous raindrops.

"There should be a storm coming, Sir."

"I don't like this deplorable weather.  Hopefully, it will be warmer in Paris."

"Have you spoken to your mother yet?"

"No, but she promised to call me before my plane takes off."

"I'm sure she can't wait to see you. Two more days, then mother and son will finally be reunited - even if it's only for a week."

"Yeah, how exciting."

There was an awkward silence after that, and soon a new song started playing. This time, a woman filled the small space with her gentle voice.

~You think I lost my faith
You won't speak my name
Forbidden, won't see you again
I chose a life of sin
Wish you could forgive~

"I don't actually feel like going," Jimin murmured.

"Why would you say that? France is considered as your family's second home."

"The country isn't the problem. It's my mother- she'll ask too many questions."

Kangho hummed, focusing on the wet road in front of him.

"You can't blame her for being interested in your life, Sir."

~Love me like a desert rose
Hold me like you can't let go
Keep me safe when I come home
Love me like a desert rose~

"Can you please change the song? It's making me nauseous."

"Of course, Sir."

Jimin sighed, continuing to stare out the window. The sky was covered with dark and ominous-looking clouds, and although it was only the early afternoon, it was already a little darker outside.

"Are you sure this is a good idea, Sir?" Kangho broke the silence again, and the model understood what his chauffeur was now referring to.

"No. But I'll do it anyway."

Kangho stole a glance at him.

"If Jungkook-ssi finds out, then-"

"Then what, Kangho?" Jimin asked, "We don't have to worry about him. Just make sure you reach the destination safely."

"..of course, Sir."

The model then pulled out his phone, rereading the message Jungkook had sent him a few minutes ago.

"I'm still at work, babe. Can't visit you tonight, Seohyun's at home, so she'll probably wait until I finish my shift in the hospital. I'll see you tomorrow, okay? I'll even bring you some wine ;)"
