Uma's POV

 I've always had a secret love for singing, which is what motivated Harry into pushing me to signing up for the first ever talent show auditions here in Auradon. Given the glitz and glamour of Auradon, I'm surprised they haven't done one sooner. I'm going to audition with my own rendition of California King Bed by Rihanna. It's an older song by her but one of my favorites. California King Bed is one of those songs that's underrated and deserves far more love than it's received. The judges for the auditions are Ben (what a shocker), Jane, and Lonnie. I do some vocal warm ups until my name is called. When it is, I take a deep breath. I've got this. Ben, Jane, and Lonnie all smile at me. I don't have to introduce myself because they already know who I am. 

   I take out my phone, put the instrumental track on full blast, and dive right into singing the song.

 When I'm done, all three judges applaud me and one more person wolf whistles. I smile to myself, I know that wolf whistle anywhere. I turn my head around only to find my beloved Harry. He approaches me and wraps an arm around me. "Isn't she extraordinary? You'll be missing out if you don't include my Uma in the talent show." Ben clears his throat. "We're all in agreement that Uma is insanely talented and deserves a spot in the talent show." He then looks at me with a sincere smile. "Congratulations Uma, you're in!" I smile back. "Thank you Ben. Also, thank you Jane and Lonnie." Harry then scoops me up bridal style and I squeal all across the common while he continues to carry me like this back to my dorm. He's such a dork but I wouldn't trade him for the world.
