"I love you Allison."
Those four words spiral through my mind as I lay awake in my bed at 3am.
After Dan said that, my eyes have never widened so much.
I swear I almost fainted.
After almost just drowning.
God what a day.
When he said that, I swear I was speechless. No words came out of my mouth. At ALL.
As soon I finally realized what happened, I darted straight off the beach and to the car.
"Oh come on Dan! Why now! Why did you have to say that!" I let out banging my hand on the steering wheel, the horn releasing a loud blaring sound.
"I could have died without you saying that!" I yell out as I pull away.
I'm sorry your probably like, why the fuck did she just leave.

I switch my sleeping position for the thousandth time and grunt into my pillow.
I was completely fine with him not wanting us back.
I NEEDED a break.
But when he said those damn four words, everything came back to me.
All the memories.
Memories of him sneaking up to my room almost every night, or Me sneaking out for 3am 711 runs with him, how he used to wake me up by leaving kisses all over my face, making me giggle uncontrollably.
