Edwards POV

"Happy Birthday love," I wrap my arm around Tia's chest, waking her up Saturday morning. She smiles while her eyes are still closed and turns her body to face me.

"It's not my birthday," she says with a smile.

"Yes it is now wake up," I kiss her bare shoulder and hold her closer to me. I know her dad isn't going to like the idea of her staying over on her birthday but I don't care.

"It's my birthday," she yawns, "shouldn't I get to determine what I want to do today?"

"Hell no you don't," I laugh, "I've got it all planned out for us."

"Do you now?" she sits up with me, covering her bare chest with the sheets of my bed.

"We've got the first thing on the list covered." I give her a cheeky smile and she plants a soft kiss on my cheek. Last night was probably the most memorable night for the both of us.

"Okay, shoot." She leans her head on my shoulder as I read her the list off my phone.

"First off, we're going to go to the rock cafe in town to have breakfast because I know how much you love listening to town bands cover all your favorite bands. After that, as much as I hate to fucking say it, we are going shopping so you can find two outfits for tonight."

"Two outfits?" Her brows scrunch together in confusion.

"One for dinner with your nan tonight at five-ish and the other for a night out with me," I kiss her lips and she smiles.

"I love the sound of that, but of course after breakfast I have to go home so my parents know I'm alive," she laughs.

Tia and I get ready and head to the cafe in town. When we went downstairs before we left the house, Harry and Marcel wished her a great birthday as well as mum and dad. I was trying to get the fuck out of there before they kept us there longer. My family tends to like making people stay and chat for an hour or two.

We take our usual seat by the giant window with the view of the shops and sidewalks. This cafe is Tia and I's favorite. Every morning until night, different bands from town or even out of town come and do covers of different rock bands, or use their original pieces of music. I've played here many times for gigs and still do with the lads, just not as recently.

She always seems so facinated. I wait in line to get out orders, Tia sits and admires the band and head bangs lightly to their music. Everytime I look at her I think to myself, "Damn. I'm so fucking lucky."

It's the little things like this that I have come to realize that Tia actually likes. I love that I don't have to go all out for her birthday because she's simple like that, yet outrageous in so many ways.

"Here's your hazelnut coffee," I set down the mug in front of her and give her a muffin on the side, "blueberry, your favorite."

"Thank you." She bites into the muffin, making such crazy faces.

"You're so stupid." I shake my head as I pour creamer in my coffee and laugh at her stupid antics.

"But I'm your stupid girlfriend." She kicks my shin and I flinch a little.

"Ow you little shit." I laugh. "You're lucky it's your birthday."

"Or what?" She tempts me.

"You don't want to know."
