Harry's POV
I was pretending to be annoyed with Olivia after what happened at breakfast with Marcel's roommate. She has yet to notice though, so I gave up. The group seperated after breakfast and it's just Olivia, Tia and I. Edward went with his bandmates to sign up for the music club and check out the studios they had for the students to reserve one. Tia just decided to join us and I don't mind at all, it's just very quiet.
"So," I break the silence as we walk along the campus, "what are you studying Tia? What do you want to major in?"
"I have no idea at all," she shakes her head. "I had four years to figure it out and now I'm here and I have no plan yet. I wanted to go into music as well but I sing for fun, it's not something I want to do the rest of my life."
"Why don't you become a pediatrician." Olivia suggests.
"That's your dream career, plus I'm not good with kids. I never know what to do with them. Which is why I'll never have kids, I'd be a terrible mom." Tia laughs.
"Everyone is a terrible mom at first, but then you learn and become more delicate and experienced and become the best mother in the world." Olivia stands there with a sparkle in her eye. I hope she isn't getting any ideas. Tia looks over at me with her eyebrows raised and I give her a worried look.
"Anyway," I interrupt, "everyone's confused. I mean, I don't even know what I want to do either? But I'm slowly being talked into pursuing my football career. I still don't know, it's such a confusing time for me right now."
"Yeah." Tia kicks the gravel beneath her feet. "I think I'm going to go to the administrators office to see what options they think they can give me. So far I only have the mandatory classes on my schedule and I need to take courses for my career path before it's too late. I'll see you guys later."
Tia heads off in the other direction and Olivia and I continue walking. We've been around the campus and seen almost everything since we've been here, so we just don't know what to do anymore.
"I'm going to go check out the football field, wanna come?" I ask her. She nods and follows me into the field.
The gates were open so we walked in and I looked at the massive field in front of me. I felt a home a little bit just standing here. It felt nice. I walked in further and seen the thousands of seats surrounding the open stadium. It's not as big as the Wembley of course but it's a decent size for college students.
"Remember when we first talked and we bonded over football for about twenty seconds," Olivia laughs.
"That's when I knew you were the one," I joke. It actually did kind of attract me to her more that day. "It feels nice standing on this field. It'll be worse knowing that I won't be able to play."
"When are signups?" Olivia asks.
"Tomorrow," I sigh, still unsure of which path I'm going to take.
"I know you love this Harry." She turns to me. "I know this is what you want to do and you're really good at it."
"Yeah but you know my dad doesn't want this for me. Marcel has it all fgured out and dad supports him. Edward on the other hand totally went against dad and went for music. I wish I could do that."
"You can," she grabs both my hands, "you just have to be brave. He'll understand because there's nothing he can do once you pursue your dream. This is your life Harry, not his."
"You're right, but what if it doesn't work out? What if I get hurt and I'm not able to play anymore? Then what am I going to do?" I let go of her hands and step the side in anger.
