"Mattia" Dawn said as she clutched on to to the sides of her clothes

Mattia looked over at her with anger in his face. Causing Dawn to fear him even more.  She was in his territory. And she knew he hadn't wanted her in it whatsoever

The man looked over at Alejandro completely ignoring the female in the room. "Where's Ava. And why is she here"

"Ava's home . I needed you and Dawn to talk-"

"Get her out of here" Mattia said making Dawn's eyes gloss. Mattia had once wanted her to be with him. He was the type of guy that was rude to those he hadn't known or liked. And he loved Dawn. He loved her so much

She liked to think she brought out the best in him

And she still loved him the same way she once did. But not in the romantic light. She wasn't a teenager anymore. She's grown and realized it's too late to rewind time

"I'm sorry-" she said as she looked up at him, eager for him to calm down.

"I told you to get out!" He yelled

"I just need to explain-"

"Explain what!" Mattia yelled as he found himself approaching her. He was still slightly drunk.

Dawn backed away closer to the door and Alejandro took a step closer to her. "Calm down" He yelled at his friend

Dawn's hands held onto the wall for safety

"I told you to leave" Mattia said clarifying the statement.

"I'm not leaving" she replied as her voice tried to be loud. But it was fragile. As much as she wanted to leave, she had no idea why she wasn't.

Mattia approached her and pushed Alejandro away as he stepped near his ex lover so they were only inches apart. She gasped to herself, shocked that he was behaving this way. She didn't know how much damage she had caused until now

She examined his features. His face used to light up a room years ago. She had no idea what happened... it was dark in her eyes. He was in bad condition and she knew it. She knew Mattia that way

"You have no right to be mad at me"

"I have every right you bitch"

Dawn widens her eyes as the gloss became tears. She couldn't hold it any longer. She buried her face in her hands and felt the tears stream down. He had never... never called her a bitch. She hadn't expected it. She hadn't heard it from him

Her cries weren't loud. They were more of tears that shed from her eyes that were shielded by the grip of her fingers over her face

Mattia had realized what he had said was too much and he stepped back. He stepped away from her and shook his head as he scratched the back of his head. He used to love this girl. There was no way, deep down inside of him, that he meant what he had just said.
