That it had to be reborn by someone 'riding the lightning' Becoming more than a conduit, becoming part of the Speed Force by dying.... Running themselves into oblivion with no hope of returning. The room was filled with speedsters all of them staring at one person... Thad. He didn't say a word as he began running.

You had to watch as he ran himself to his own demise before your eyes as the other speedsters vanished on by one without saying a word.. Burning up into nothing with out a goodbye. The only sound in the lab was you sobbing.
You woke up and nobody understood what you were talking about. Thad was perfectly fine trying his best to calm you down. Saying that he wasn't going anywhere.
