BLAKE'S POV

"I-"

I smiled at the thought of Victoria always being by my side, but my smile turned into a frown once I realized why she was doing it.

"No Victoria I don't want you to do that."

"Okay...but it wasn't a question." She said matter of factly.

"Victoria what the hell the only reason why you are doing this is that for once I'm not listening to you."

She gave me a small pout before sighing and walking up to me. "It seems like everyone is getting tired of me haha. Bradlee said the same thing to me not too long ago."

I rolled my eyes at her, I hope she didn't expect me to pity her.

"No, I'm not telling you this because I want your pity. I just want to make sure that you are safe until this is all over. If you get hurt, there is no telling what I will do." She stated looking at me with so much sincerity, I couldn't help but pull her into a hug.

She hugged me back before pulling away and giving a small smile, I was going to smile back, but I remembered that she did go missing for two weeks without any explanation.

"Okay, but I am still mad at you. You went away for two weeks without an explanation then you reappear out of nowhere." I said crossing my arms.

Her eyes flashed red but quickly went back to normal. I gave her a weird look but didn't mention anything still waiting for her reply.

"I can't tell you anything yet, you wouldn't believe me anyway it was like an acid trip, to be honest."

"An acid trip?"

"Yep."

"Yeah okay."

I just shook my head at her and started walking back to the cafeteria. She could tell me whenever cause honestly, I could care less right now.

One thing I realized was I was chasing after a fucking tease and I was getting played. Strung along like some little bitch. Frankly, I am tired of it.

I am done doing the pursuing and I am going to let her pursue me instead! Cause right now these feelings don't feel mutual at all.

"Greyson sorry about the sudden interruption," I said glancing over at Victoria. She didn't even notice my jab at her cause she was too busy glaring at Greyson.

I put my hand on the small of her back to get her attention, she gave me a look but softened her gaze towards Greyson.

"This is Victoria, my..."

"Girlfriend."

My eyes widen at Victoria, so I guess the feelings are mutual? Gosh, this is what I mean a fucking tease.

She ignored my reaction and sat down at the table her eyes never once leaving Greyson's. The tension at the table could be cut with a knife and I was really wondering where the fuck Eddie was.

"Your girlfriend, you didn't tell me you were dating anyone," Greyson said with a smirk, but I could sense something else in his voice.

Irritation?

"I didn't know I had one either," I mumbled under my breath. I jumped a little when Victoria kicked me slightly under the table.

"What he means is we just confirmed our relationship."

I wish.

"Oh," Greyson said a teasing smile.

"Well this is awkward so I'm going to leave. Bye." I said grabbing my backpack and dashing out of the cafeteria.
