We walked back down stairs and I sat on the bar stool and watched the girls cook.

"Should we put the cheese in the meat when the meat finish cooking or wait for it all to finish then let it simmer?" Jewel asked me.

Jewel was on the ground beef duty while I watched Chloe make the shrimp.
Cortlen, Melvin, and Brandon are in the living room playing the game as usual.

"The meat is ready" jewel said as she drained the grease from the meat.
"Now turn the crockpot on and put the meat then shrimp in it and then Rotel" I told them and they followed.
"What's for dessert?" I asked.
"You" Bortlen whispered in my ear and I giggled and bit my lip as I looked at him.
"No" I told him.
"This shit better be good or y'all ain't getting paid" Melvin said as he sat on the counter.
"Shutcho ahh up" Jewel told him and we gasped.
"I'm telling momma?" Melvin said.

"Done now what's next?" Chloe asked.
"I shoulda cooked if y'all gon keep asking for ingredients, I never made Rotel with shrimp and nacho sauce I only use velveeta this new to me. I'm guessing pour the nacho cheese and then shredded cheese then let it slow cook in the crockpot for 30 mins till the cheese fully melted " I told them.
"Wash them dishes when y'all done" Bortlen said as he grabbed my hand and we walked upstairs to his room.
I got in his bed and got under the cover and took my jacket off.

30 mins passed and we walked downstairs to check on it and it was done and we fixed our plates and ate.
