"wonwoo, i've bought you some of your favourite!" shouted mr jeon as he entered the house, placing the bag of chicken on the dining table

"alright, just put it on the table and i'll be coming!" shouted wonwoo while drying his hair with a towel as he exited the shower

wonwoo had just made it in time into the house before his dad could notice anything going on. he had rushed into the house and ran into his room to make it seem as if he was home earlier

"how come you're home early? i thought you would stay at the store for some time before coming home" wonwoo asked as he sat down

"these days there's someone that's been helping me, and they've been able to clean up here and there so i could close early" mr jeon smiled, his old age wasn't going to help in cleaning a store like that

"that's nice, what's their name?" wonwoo asked as he took a bite

"ah, i'm not too sure, my age has gotten me forgetting a lot of important things, but i do know that he's around your age" mr jeon explained, looking all cheerful

"and wonwoo, i've found who was the one that caused siu's death" mr jeon said as he placed his chopsticks down, seriousness on his face

"who is it?" wonwoo asked

"once again, i do not remember, but i sure will let you know when i find out" mr jeon assured him as wonwoo was tensed after hearing that he had found out who it was

"then, when can i meet this guy? i mean the one helping you out" wonwoo asked as he was finishing his meal

"i'll ask him to come by some time, you could make a new friend then" mr jeon said as he stood up to go upstairs, leaving wonwoo to do the dishes

"oh, alright" wonwoo stood up to do the dishes

the next day, wonwoo was waiting outside of his house, waiting for mingyu to come pick up  with his bike. it was a cold and drizzling morning, which had caused wonwoo to shiver in the weather while waiting for mingyu to come by

and when mingyu had finally arrived, he apologised for having wonwoo to wait in the cold. he took off his own jacket and slung it around wonwoo, adding another layer of warmth for wonwoo

"sorry for being late, my gang just had something going on" mingyu scratched his head

but this was what wonwoo didn't like, joining a gang and causing trouble for others in the city, he sighed, "mingyu, how many times have i told you? to not get yourself into these types of activity, you could end up in jail"

"don't worry about it, i'm kim mingyu, the leader, no one would even suspect a face like this to be a gang leader" mingyu acted cute, but only to be hit by wonwoo

"that's even worse, being a leader instead of a follower, and when you cause trouble, i have to be the one who fixes it all" wonwoo complained. it was true though, mingyu would cause a lot of trouble for others in the city and wonwoo would be the one who fixes it

and no one would've suspected them to be together at this point

"c'mon get on, we're running out of time" mingyu groaned, he wanted to go and grab breakfast with wonwoo before attending classes

"no, not until you disband that gang of yours, until then, i'm walking on my own" wonwoo huffed, crossing his arms and started his walk to school

frustrated, mingyu said, "fine, i'll end it. now would you ever so kindly get on?"

wonwoo turned back and nodded, before putting on his helmet and hugging mingyu's waist for balance. and when they've got to their breakfast place, mingyu remembered something

"hey won, do you remember what day it is?"

"a tuesday?" wonwoo was confused, was it not a tuesday? or was it a wednesday?

"it is, but it's been a month since we've been together" mingyu explained patiently

wonwoo nodded and mouthed an 'o' before taking a sip of his coffee. "and then? what about it?" wonwoo asked

"let's go to the place we went where we saw the figurines after school" mingyu suggested, receiving a nod from wonwoo before eating his breakfast

"don't you have a part time job to work at? plus, you haven't told me where are you working at yet" wonwoo sulked, mingyu refused to tell him where was he working and what was he doing after school

"that's a secret" mingyu smiled before continuing his food
