It was finally time for the demigods to learn combat. They had received word that it would take time for the Titans and primordials to regain their strengths so Coraline had planed their schedule ahead. They had spent the last month(ish) on building strength and endurance.

Since she was in charge of training them, she made them lift boulders and rock and made them run with it. She made them dodge animals and arrows together. The Roman demigods had a lot of strength due to their fortress building exercises and the Greeks had impeccable agility.

They had diligently worked hard and now they were gonna be rewarded. There were some people, like Duke who complained but Annabeth, surprisingly shut them up. Guess she knew the value of hard work.

Eidos had expected to be miserable but to his and his friends surprise all he felt was mild anger. This was more surprising because they knew he was not one to hold grudges. But that did not mean that they forgave her.

And so, Luke and Coraline did everything in their powers to subtly, made things harder for the campers. Luke played pranks, better than Hermes and overall just irritated them, but Zoë was a bit more subtle. They didn't know that she was making them train way harder than that of their level, but they still woke up to a whole sore body. She was enjoying seeing them hobble around looking like old people.

Eidos surely disapproved go their actions but he didn't stop them as well. They were just having harmless fun with the people who betrayed him.

While all the campers were cursing the trio mentally, Frida was oblivious, and enjoyed Eidos's company to the fullest. Eidos also didn't mind because the little brunette reminded him of Karen and she herself was very empathetic beyond her age. She was unclaimed so she stayed in the big house where Chiron would keep an eye on her. But she was mostly seen clinging to Eidos or was sitting on his shoulders. She was also well acquainted to Xavier and Cora.

Coraline's unit had arrived later the same day, where the immediately set up training patterns. When they were not on a mission, they were responsible for the training of the army. Coraline oversaw them, and Eidos her. Xavier's unit was mostly always on missions and when they weren't, they were in the labs and forges creating more traps and decoys for the army.

The rest of the army was a single body, but sometimes they would split in accordance to their specialty. Like they were people from different planets who had elemental magic, or were extremely strong, and etc. Chaos accepted anyone who was willing and worthy to join the army, and because of this they had a healthy mixture or talents and powers.

Combat was a subtle art which needed preciseness, strength and agility. The campers were taught two factors; strength and agility, and now they will have to learn how to be precise.
