Eidos, Luke and Zoe were finally left alone. t]They had answered all the questions the curious campers asked, by giving them vague and quick answers. Quite a feat considering their were so many. Luke knew Eidos was chiding himself mentally. He should have known that they would eventually find out about his wings and powers and whatnot.

Luke laughed at how naive they all were. Apparently they had though that what was shown to them during training had been the full extent of the three most powerful people's powers. He quickly wondered how their reactions would be when Eidos would at least lessen the control he had on his aura.

In Luke's perspective, Eidos's aura had always been very powerful, but after he became commander, he had to rein it in to keep people from running away from him. The faces he saw when Eidos had let loose just a bit of his original aura were priceless. Its not like he did it often, but sometimes it would be better to scare the enemy into submission. It would avoind as much as bloodshed as possible.

All three of them had spent the entire aftermath of the war receiving awe-filled or scared looks. Some of the braver campers thought it would be a good idea to question the commanders on their powers and in Eidos's case, wings.

He did not want to disappoint them so he did answer them as much as he could. Early on they had found out that describing the chaos army and its 'mechanism' was not such a great idea. It would usually end it people wanting to join or spies using the information, so they had decided to be vague on everything that was asked. Over the course of a millennium, the chaos army and its commanders were used to giving simple but satisfactory answers whenever it came up. Like now.

Even tiny Frida asked him about his wings, but it was for a completely different reason. She wanted to 'ride' him. Apparently, she was not allowed on the Pegasus's because she was to young and she didn't trust the other campers to let them take her. So she had never experienced flying before, and was very eager to do so.

It was funny how she was more comfortable with Eidos than the people she knew for long. She was such a tiny girl but still caused so much confusion in the minds of many. Eidos was always fond of the little devil, but now, he saw her more of a sister figure. It also was no secret that she saw him as an elder brother. And so, there she was on his shoulders like usual, but he was in the air, flapping his huge wings.

It was quite a surprise for Cora to see Eidos flying. It wasn't that she didn't know that he had wings, it was because he never kept them open, and seeing him fly openly was a pleasant shock. What made it even more special was that he had Frida on his back.

After his whole betrayal, Cora knew that he had put up some strong mental walls. She had expected him to strengthen them further when they were here but the opposite seemed to happen. His shield seemed to waver. meeting and forgiving all his old friends had seemed to heal him, and honestly it was nice to see him so carefree.

Seeing his old home hadn't hurt him, it was healing him.
