Pope didn't notice the kiss, Kie didn't want to see it, so she choose to ignore it and John B silently cheered. He was glad that his two best friends finally got together, they had loved each other for the longest of time but neither made a move.

"Why is nobody moving forward?! What's going on here?" Pope said as he looked forward. Did this idiot seriously not realise that he was parked?

"Can you relax? JJ, how much weed did you give him?" Kie questioned looking between the boys.

"Obviously too much." River muttered to herself.

"Guys." John B whisper shouted. "Your cars on the poster."

"Can we move it?!" Pope shouted as he beeped the horn, bringing attention to them all.

"Pope! It's not going to help!" Kie exclaimed. "Don't honk the horn."

"Fuck." River whispered once she saw a little boy point to their car, he had noticed that it was the same car as the one on the poster.

"We got a snitch. Pope turn the car on." JJ ordered.

"Little fucker." River whispered harshly.

"He's right there!" A man said as he banged on the window and looked down to John B. "I found him?"

"Okay go!" Kie shouted.

"Turn the fucking car on Pope!" River shouted.

"I'm trying!" Pope shouted back.

"Turn the car on! Go! Go! Go! Go! Go!" JJ said tapping the back of Pope's seat. Pope slammed down the accelerator and the car jerked forward and into another car.

"Fuck me Pope." River muttered, Pope turned around with a smile.

"Don't even think about it, she's mine." JJ warned as he placed his hand on River's inner thigh. Pope placed his hands up in surrender as a joke.

"Dude back up." Kie instructed. Pope continued to drive forward. "The other way!"

"It's okay Pope! Just go!" JJ said as he finally turned the car out of the parking spot.

"What are you doing?" Kie questioned alarmed as Pope kept swerving.

"We'll bump it out." JJ shrugged.

"Watch out! Pope! Pope watch out!" Kie screamed as he drove into the road sign.

"Oh my god!" Pope cheered.

"Pope!" John B held onto the door frame so he wouldn't slide around.

"What the fuck!" Kie gasped, she was going to be in so much trouble.

"I'm living my best life now." Pope smiled happily.

"My moms gonna kill me." Kie panicked as it was her moms car that Pope was smashing up.

"I should be the last one to say this, but you're not okay to drive dude! Stop!" JJ said as he looked around at everyone. Pope slammed on the break making the car stop quickly.

"John B get out." Pope said turning to face the boy.

"He's right, we'll draw the cops. You run." JJ nodded in agreement. "Alright, I'll get the rig and meet you in the dump tomorrow, okay? Three o'clock okay?" JJ shouted so he was listening.

"Yeah." John B nodded and hopped out of the car.

"Three tomorrow at the dump." JJ repeated. "Come on! Go go go!"

"Pope-I think someone else should drive-you know like someone not stoned as fuck." River shouted as she clung onto JJ for dear life.

"Pope you clocked that car man." JJ laughed. "Like that was so bad!" River loved JJ's laugh, it made her smile.

"I'm just glad I'm not driving now." Pope joked as he was in fact, still driving. JJ laughed, which clearly annoyed Kie.

"Pull over!" Kie snapped. "JJ it's not funny. He shouldn't be driving." Kie hopped out of shotgun and made her way to the drivers seat.

"Mama's mad." JJ muttered turning to face his girl with a smile. "Hey beautiful." River couldn't help but go bright red. JJ leant down and placed a quick kiss on her lips.

"Hey." She smiled and kissed him quickly again.

"Where are we going?" JJ questioned as Kie began to drive.

"The last place they're gonna look." Kie muttered. River couldn't think of any place that they wouldn't look, but she just let Kie drive.

"Perfectly focused." Pope muttered to himself.

"You sure this is a good idea?" JJ questioned as he linked hands with River.

"She's the only one who can clear John B." Kie said as they walked towards the Cameron's house.

"Last place they'll look because of how stupid it is." JJ muttered shaking his head as Pope and Kie jumped the fence.

River and JJ decided to wait at the car, Incase they needed a quick get away. JJ stood with his arms wrapped around River's waist, tapping a randomly on her exposed skin.

JJ didn't mind, he liked the idea of some alone time with his girlfri-

could he even call her his
girlfriend?

"Are you my girlfriend?" JJ blurted out randomly. He just needed to know.

River's heart stoped for a split second. "I-"

"Do you want to be my girlfriend?" JJ scratched the back of his neck anxiously. "Like, I get it if you don't-"

River span around to face the boy with a huge smile on her face. "I'd like nothing more." JJ smiled at the girl.

"Seriously?" He doubted himself. What if it was a joke? What if-

"Seriously JJ, you and me forever?" River questioned as she anxiously threaded her fingers through his hair.

"You and me forever baby girl." JJ whispered as he placed his lips on hers. His hands had a firm grip on her waist and pulled her closer to him.

River's heart was pounding, every kiss they shared felt like the first. It made her heart race and her palms sweaty. It gave her the cliche butterflies and she couldn't help but smile. She wondered if JJ felt the same way.

JJ's hand cupped her face and ran her his thumb along her cheek bone, he couldn't help but smile. She was his everything. She made him incredibly happy.

River pulled away slightly, her lips parted and her eyes were still closed. JJ smiled at the girl as her eyes fluttered open.

"I love you." He whispered, his eyes not leaving her bright blue ones.

"I love you too J." She whispered back,

with a genuine smile.
