(Do you guys even like this story?)

*a day later*

Dan

It was getting close to call time.

Phil and I were already backstage, waiting for (y/n).

Our showing was going to be hilarious.

We would be playing the seven-second challenge!

(Y/n) would be playing along, as she was conjoined with Phil's and my channel.

"Dan-yuhl!" A higher pitched male's voice behind me squealed.

"Tyler? Tyler!" I said. "I haven't seen you in ages!"

"Never again," he said, probably talking about our collab.

"I solemnly swear," I said, putting one hand up.

"Quoting Harry Potter now, huh?" I heard (y/n)'s voice behind me.

"I was hoping someone would get it!" We laughed.

"Hey, girl!" Ty giggled and then hiccuped.

He's probably had a bit to drink..

We all chattered, and got ready.

"Are your flies zipped, guys?" She smiled.

I looked down, " Thanks babe."

Phil's was, surprisingly.

We had ten minutes left, so we just sat backstage, getting a little tipsy, only about a two on a scale of 1 to 10.

We checked out our mics.

Good.

(Y/n)

"And now, the democracy of the internet, Dan, Phil, and (y/n)!"

The crowd went wild as we jogged out onto the stage.

"I suppose you're a all excited to see us?" Dan teased with the fans.

They laughed.

"Wait, since Phan was a thing before (ship name), does this make me your love child?" I giggled.

"Let's not discuss that," Phil said.

They laughed again.

"So we have fourty-five minutes-what are we doing today, Phil?"

"As created by the king-"

"WE'RE A DEMOCRACY."

"-of the internet, me, the seven-second challenge!"

The fans squealed.

Dan

I didn't know if (y/n) could see it or not, which I hope she didn't or couldn't, but there was a rude poster of her, far in the back.

"Screw Her, #PHAN! <3" it read.

I was instantly put in a bad mood, but I faked a good one for the show.

I side-peeked at (y/n), I knew that fake smile.

She and I went on with the show, and Phil showed no sign of noticing the poster.

-

We finished the show, and decided to hang out backstage.

Elise wasn't a YouTuber, despite our pleas, but she was backstage.

"Good job, guys!" She said.

Phil walked behind her, wrapped his arms around her waist, and kissed her neck.

We "awh"-ed, and sat on the couch.

"(Y/n), can we talk?" I said, drawing small circles on her hand.

"Hm? Yeah, sure," she replied, casually.

We walked towards the back, near the exit door and a title in front of the security guard.

"Yes?"

"Sweetheart, don't lie to me, okay?"

She looked legitimately confused.

"Did you see that poster?"

"Which one," she rolled her eyes.

"Dammit, (y/n)."

"Look, I honestly don't care."

"Yes you do."

"No I don't."

"Babe."

"DAN!"

She walked to the bathroom, which if it weren't public, I would have defiantly followed her.

(Y/n)

I didn't care.

I don't care.

I'm going to get hate.

I seriously don't care!

I kept repeating that to myself for the next five minutes.

I paced around in the handicap stall.

I started shaking.

What if they try and hurt me?

Thoughts raced through my mind.

They're going to.

To protect their precious boy.

They'll do it.

"(Y/n)?" I heard a familiar female voice call.

It drew me out of my attack.

I shivered.

Noticing what I was doing, I stood up from my "upright fetal position" and sighed.

"Y-yeah?" I croaked.

I honestly sounded so much worse than I was.

I heard a sigh, "Dan was only trying to help, (y/n)."

"I know, Elise," I noticed I was crying slightly.

I unlocked the door walked out of the stall.

"..is he still waiting?" I asked.

"Well, he held off the meet-and-greet twenty minutes, so, yeah," she replied.

"Fuck, sorry," I hugged her.

I looked in the mirror, and wiped a bit of eyeliner off.

I huffed, then walked out, being greeted by my love.

"I'm sorry," he said.

"What for?"

"Being a dick, that's what."

"Babe, that's just the opposite. Let's go."

"Hold on."

"What?"

"I love you, you know that, yeah?"

"Of course I do."

I kissed him.

Like always, we have the worst timing.

"Get it, (y/n)!" A colored haired woman said.

"Very funny, Jenna," I smiled, then hugged my internet friend. "You look great."

"I hate to interrupt, but we've got to go, we're going in thirty minutes straight!" Phil said.

We said our goodbyes, and Dan traditionally wrapped his arm around me.

We soon walked into a large room, with tables lined up, covered in white cloths and water bottles at the ready.

Outside a door, was the scream of multiple fans, some wearing merch from the shoppe.
