[June 18th, 2020: eighteenth day of pride month]
"Sev this is the last time I can see you again." Lucius said sadly.
"What do you mean Lucius?" Severus asked kissing Lucius on the lips.
"Narcissa and I are getting married tomorrow." Lucius said.
"I thought you said..."
"Babe I know what I said, but she won't listen to me."
"Just go Lucius." Severus said sadly.
"But Sev..."
"Go!" Severus said tears running down his face.
When Lucius leaves Severus sobs because he believes he'll never find love.
20 years later.
It's the year 1998 after the war and Severus was making potions when Lucius came running in.
"What do you want Lucius?" Severus asked.
"I should've done this 20 years ago."
"Wha-"
Suddenly Lucius kisses Severus and even tho Severus was shocked he kissed back.
Lucius releases the kiss and says "Narcissa and I are getting a divorce and Draco ships us whatever that means."
"It means your son has been hanging out with Potter, Weasley, and Granger cause that's a muggle reference." Severus said.
"Of course." Lucius muttered "well it's better than him being snobby."
"It's way better." Severus said softly.
They sit I silence enjoying the quiet time to themselves after 20 years of waiting.
