"Deku, I'm impressed that you somehow gave us a meeting with the prime minister in just one day. But couldn't they just set up a trap for us?" Mushou asked. Deku was standing with her and the other generals. Ready to walk through a portal to meet the prime minister and other government officials. "Don't worry Mushou. They won't be trying anything funny" Deku replied. Mushou was about to protest before Todoroki stopped her. "Just let it go. You'll get used to it" Todoroki said. "Alright, enough messing around. Let's go" Deku said and walked into a portal, while the others followed behind.

On the other side Deku first saw the Prime Minister, as expected. Behind the Prime Minister stood several other figures of power. The leaders of the two houses in the National Diet, the head of the Hero Public Safety Commission and the head of the police. Deku also recognized Tsukauchi amongst them. Then there were also a dozen or so high-ranking heroes, including Lemillion, Hawks, Bakugo and Ochako.

"You're not taking any precautions are you, Mr. Kusatta?" Deku wondered. "You're a terrorist" The Prime Minister spat out. "Call me what you want, but there is no need to get hostile" Deku said, keeping his voice neutral. "Anyways, let's not beat around the bush anymore. We're on a timer after all" He said. "What do you want?" Kusatta asked, not hiding his distaste for Deku. "I won't hide the truth like you do Mr. Kusatta. All for one is returning, far more powerful than before" Deku replied. "You want us to believe that?" Kusatta wondered. "Don't take my word for it. Ask Tsukauchi" Deku replied and motioned towards the detective.

The Prime Minister looked back at Tsukauchi. "Did he tell the truth?" He asked. "He did. I'll tell you when he lies" Tsukauchi answered. Kusatta looked back at Deku as he gained a slightly shocked look. "All for one returning" He mumbled and dragged his hand through his grey hair. "I wouldn't worry about that Mr. Kusatta. The heroes can handle All for on by themselves" the head of the HPSC said. "Don't be so certain about that" Deku said. "We're not talking about the All for one who All Might defeated at Kamino here. This is a villain with a hundred years' worth of quirks and knowledge. All put inside a body in its' prime. There isn't a single person in this room that could defeat him without significant help. Not to mention the destruction he could cause before that" He explained.

A sombre tone spread across the meeting room, as Deku's words settled. "Then what are you proposing Deku?" Kusatta asked. "It's' quite simple. This is a threat that wants to destroy the both of us. And as it stands, I consider All for one as a bigger threat than you. Therefore I offer a ceasefire so that your government and my revolution can have a joint task force with the sole purpose of locating and eliminating All for one" Deku replied.

"Are you mad! We can't work with a terrorist organization that has killed thousands of civilians!" The head of the police exclaimed. "And if you don't work with me, then the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki will seem like child-play compared to what All for one will do!" Deku yelled back with with equal anger, silencing the police officer. "Maybe you're speaking the truth Deku" Kusatta said. "But there is no situation that would allow for us to work together. Your revolution is a direct threat to public order, and you should be locked up in Tartarus" He explained.

Deku looked at the Prime Minister with an intense look that made the old man uncomfortable. "I'm not asking for much here Kusatta" Deku said and took a step forward. All the heroes suddenly got ready to fight, which made Deku scoff. "Please. If I wanted to kill him, I would have used a gun" Deku said before returning his attention towards Kusatta. "I know, that you're worried about your re-election Kusatta. And accepting a truce with me would most certainly not help your unpopularity" Deku said as he slowly walked up to the Prime Minister. "But can you just for one moment stop and think about the life of those whom you claim to protect?" Deku asked as he stopped right in front of Kusatta. "I hate you and everyone around you more than you could know. And yet I'm willing to put that aside for the greater good. To prevent the needles death of tens of thousands along with another 100 years of All for one's rule. Can you do the same?" He wondered.
