Shawn Mendes and Selena Gomez Announce New Album Collaboration:

Selena Gomez and Shawn Mendes are COLLABORATING!!!. Last month eye brows were raised when Shawn Mendes and Selena Gomez both showed up separately but on thesame day to Montreal Canada, and a lot of people were speculating and rumors were going through the roof of the two possibly having a 'THING' together. We'll apparently it wasn't the kind of thing we all thought was going on, as the two stars finally speak up about their recent Album Collaboration.

In an interview with Pop culture Selena explained that Shawn was actually the one reaching out to her. 'Shawn is so sweet really and he's a very determined guy if I say so myself. He sent me an Instagram DM the day I arrived in Canada for the campaign launch I had with puma and I found out he actually did a lot to reach out to me and I absolutely had no idea until I arrived in Canada, and then it turned out that he had followed me all the way down and to be honest I was so overwhelmed, I mean someone actually followed me to another country because they wanted to work with me?, I was really really happy when he told me and ever since then we've been trying our best and been working so hard and I promise that you would definitely want to hear this Album',Selena told pop culture.

Shawn was the first to share a photo on Instagram of him and Selena in a Montreal restaurant and he captioned under the post 'it was an honor spending today with @selenagomez We talked a lot and all I can say is there's a lot of big things coming I assure you of that. Hope you had as much fun as I did'

Selena later responded to his post in the comments section saying 'I did have fun Shawn it was so nice seeing you today'.

Last week On the late late shown with James Corden Shawn had also talked about the Album collaboration with Selena Gomez

and said that meeting Selena and being able to talk to Selena about the idea was literally the highlight of his entire year. He also went ahead to mention that she is indeed a thrill to be around and that he really has enjoyed the working space they both share together. He also said that he didn't have to try too much to become friends with her and that their friendship came naturally.
'She is honestly one of the best people I've worked and ummm am currently working with, she's totally amazing and honestly there isn't so much to figure out about her, she's a very Transperent person and she makes her feelings and her intentions so clear and she's really so passionate about what she loves that it made becoming friends with her so easy you know, it all came very naturally and I really admire her'.

Well It seems that the two Stars are happy to be working with each other and are already on a great path to becoming really good friends.
We are really excited to hear this album and I mean since it's Selena and Shawn there's no doubt we are going to love it.
