SHAWN MENDES POPS THE BIG QUESTION TO SELENA GOMEZ ON HER BIRTHDAY AND HER ANSWER LEAVES THE WORLD SHOOK!!!!

On July 22nd Family and Friends of Selena Gomez threw the pop singer a surprise birthday party on a getaway Yatch in Calabasas. Sources say that the singer was in shock after seeing the people present as majority of her celebrity friends are always so busy...but apparently these guys weren't so busy this year and now we all know why. Shawn Mendes had not only planned this surprise party but also planned to pop the big question to his girlfriend at sun rise and that's exactly what he did.

Close sources said with family and friends of Selena present Shawn got down on one knee and finally asked Selena to Marry him. The pop star obviously could not resist an offer like this, an opportunity to get Shawn Mendes out of the market for good. Who wouldn't jump at that chance?, Gomez obviously Said yes and it was literally history from there. All through the day until the end of it Selena and Shawn partied with friends and family as they now celebrated both Gomez's birthday and their engagement.

The pair took to their instagram to announce to the world and it was a beautiful one indeed. Shawn was the first to post about it. The first picture was of the exact moment and it looked so beautiful. Shawn is seen on his knee whilst his girlfriend gives him a kiss and of course on his right hand is the amazing ring which is rumored to cost Millions. The second slide was a beautiful picture of Shawn and Selena, cuddling,smiling and laughing as their day couldn't be any more perfect.
Mendes captioned the post 'To the girl that Stole my heart, I met you a year ago and right from the day I laid eyes on you, I knew you were someone special and that you'd be in my life for a really long time, little did I know life would bring us to this point, and I am so happy it did because now I know we were destined to be together. I was really scared doing this on your birthday because I didn't want to ruin your day if things turned out differently, but I'm beyond happy right now that it didn't. Thank you for this honor, I promise I won't let you down, Happy Birthday to the best fiancée in the world. He tagged Selena and right after that assured us with a 'Ps:- she said YES🖤💍❤️' at the end.

Selena moments later followed by sharing thesame picture,the moment she was asked to marry Shawn. The singer also posted a picture of herself during the celebration where she was obviously adored as she laughed with her birthday cake and showered with blue balloons and confetti. The singer also shared the beautiful photo of her and Shawn cuddling up as they shared smiles and laughter. The singer captioned the post ' I can hardly speak or explain how I feel today, Shawn you are the best thing that has ever happened to me and I'd accept you all over again if I could. 🥰I love you so much and I cannot believe how lucky I am to have you. I honestly can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you🥺. Thank you for making me the happiest girl in the world today and forever. Thank you for the mind blowing surprise, I'm not sure what life has in store for us, but I do know that I want this, with you, after which the singer tagged her boo and went along to thank her friends saying'I wanna thank my friends for being there for me today and to everyone who has been sending me wishes I love you.
