Selena Gomez makes touching instagram tribute to the Late Paul Walker

        Yesterday Selena Gomez made a touching tribute to Paul walker on her instagram page following his death in 2013. It's been Seven years now since the fast and furious actor's terrible demise in a car accident and Gomez who was a friend to he and his daughter Meadow walker, after so many years has opened up in this sweet instagtam post to her late friend.

The singer posted a few throwback photos. The first being Paul and young Meadow walker, the second a picture of her teenage self with the actor and lastly a group throwback photo of Gomez, Meadow and Paul with a few of their old teenage friends.
Selena Captioned: It's been 7 long years without your light and your love. No matter how long it's been for some reason the wound remains fresh like it happened just yesterday. You were so kind to me and my mother, and you were the greatest friend to us too and most importantly you gave me a little best friend. @meadowwalker. You inspired a lot about me as I grew up and you were so humble and i remember asking myself sometimes why there isn't  a lot of people in this world who were lile you, but I guess everything happens for a reason. I promise Meadow and I will be okay, She's not a kid anymore and I'm sure you know that, but I promise to take care of her to my best abilities. Love you forever with a white heart, a dove and a red heart emoji.

Along with other celebrities including Paul Walker's co-star and best friend Vin diesel who portrayed Dominic Toretto in the Fast and Furious Franchise. Vin diesel commented under the post 'This is so beautiful Marie. Paul was an incredible father, brother and friend. His memory lives forever❤️🕊🤍'.

For alot of people who don't know. Selena and her mother Mandy met the late star in the year 2005. Gomez who had a cameo role in the spy kids 3-D game, met Walker at the premier of his recent movie at that time 'Into the blue'. Selena's mother Mandy Teefey who had already crossed paths with walker in the past had once again came across eachother and were quick to become friends, along with paul's co star Vin diesel. Selena afterwards looked up to Walker like a father and had grown up along side his seven year old daughter Meadow walker.

The families were involved in most of eachothers lives ranging from birthdays to holiday gatherings and celebrations. In other words the families were inseperable to the point where they considered themselves family. They were occassionally seen together in public hanging out and even grabing ice cream once in a while.
After paul's death in 2013 Selena remained closely by Meadows side, offering both moral support and encouragment to her friend and the two have remained inseperable till date. In 2014 Selena and Meadow along with a few of their friends attended the coachella music festival

together. The group were seen partying and having fun and sources even said that after the festival Meadow and Selena had set off to Santa barbra where Paul once lived to spend the weekend. After which the pair spent a two day vaccation in Hawaii and and even posted a picture from that day.

Although Meadow had long deleted her instagram accounts a years ago, the pictures remain on the internet.

Meadow Walker and the Walker family said: ' I still love her and I adore every single one of their family members cause they are technically like my family too. We've all been through a lot together ever since ummm Paul's passing and it made our bond even stronger'. When asked if they still see eachother Selena smiles and said that they did. ' We do see eachother, a lot actually. Ummm I'm such a busy person and I literally am always in a lot of different places but I try as much as I can to make time for her and umm the rest of her family. I saw her like two weeks ago when I went to Cali for a shoot so yeah we do see eachother regularly'

No Selena's family were never friends with the walkers and weather they've met before i have no idea. I loved paul walker and he was one of my faves when he was still alive so i decided to bring his family into the story.
