The sound of my chair falling back on the floor as I abruptly stood up silenced the room for a second. They continued talking when they noticed it was just a chair.

I spun quickly and subtly raised my hand. Alice had been eating with a fork and I bent to backwards while it was still in her hand. Alice dropped the fork while Natalie's eyes widened and she stood up to point at me with wide eyes.

"She did it!" She yelled and the whole cafeteria went silent. Her yelling was only making it harder for me to stay in control. I growled lowly, an animalistic sound, and that's when Austin took the hint to intervene.

He stood up and grabbed a hold of my arm. The voice in my head quieted as he spoke softly to me.

"She's not worth it. Don't let them get to you," I was slowly getting more and more control back and I started backing down from the fight that I knew was coming.

My body was visibly shaking from all the pent up anger that I so desperately needed to get rid of. Punching the snot out of Natalie would of been nice but I guess that just thinking about it would have to suffice for now.

I went to sit back down in my chair when her voice rang out.

"That's right. Get your boyfriend to calm you down," I lost it.

I felt my normally blue eyes darken to black and a loud pop resounded though the silent cafeteria. I felt the sparks dancing on my fingertips and fought to control it before I did something I'd really regret.

"Shut up Natalie if you know what's good for you. You just got that cast off your nose and I don't think you want another," my voice was clear but deadly low in tone.

"You're better than this. Don't go after this fight because we both know that it's not going to end well," Austin tried to get me to sit down but I wasn't having any of it. She was begging for a fight and I was going to shut her up once and for all.

"It's going to go great for me but she's going to wish she was dead," I said only loud enough for him to hear. Then I yanked out of his grasp and started talking long, menacing strides to Natalie's table. I got there in record time and watched as Natalie balled her hands.

Looks like someone learned to do something other than slap... the voice was cold but amused that she though she had a chance.

I backed up to give us room for the fight. As soon as she was in position I wasted no time. I swung my leg around in a lightning fast roundhouse kick that hit Natalie right in the side of her ribs. She cried out and fell on the ground. A few of her friends tried to go after me but with a flick of my wrist, they were falling on the floor due to temporary loss and then gain of gravity. It was so fast that it just like looked like they all fell.

"You asked for this fight so I'm giving it to you," I snarled at her when she didn't get up. She was sitting on the floor holding her ribs where I hit her. "Get up!" I yelled at her.

"What's wrong with your eyes?" Natalie asked with a scared expression.

"Nothing. Now get up and fight me!" I yelled again. I was sure that I was alerting teachers by yelling but they weren't stopping me no matter what.

She tried standing but fell back down with a cry and I scoffed with disgust. I didn't try to go after her and I was glad that the crazed side of me wasn't irrational and valued my freedom.

"Don't go picking a fight with me unless you can actually do it, because next time, I won't be so kind as to stop," I spat at her and walked back over to my table. My eyes were probably not the normal colour yet but it didn't matter.

"I have to go let out some anger," was all I said to Austin and he followed me out to the hallway. I stuffed my lunch in my locker and speed walked through the halls to go out to the football field. There was a thick tree line that surrounded a corn field behind our school so I hoped that no one would be dumb enough to follow other than Austin.

"Don't do anything that will draw too much attention," he warned as we got through the trees. I let out a small scream of frustration before the loud pops started.

My hands were covered in current as I formed a ball of energy. I held it in my hands for a second before I whipped it into the air. When it reached a high enough height, you could hear lightning. That's new, I thought while rolling my shoulders. They never let me outside so I'd never learned that I could make lightning.

I formed a stake-like icicle and with all my force, whipped it into a tree that was probably 25 feet away. Rather than shattering like a normal icicle would, it stuck right into the tree with a loud thwack! I imagined the mangled mess as Natalie.

I slowed my breathing and bent down to touch the ground with an open palm. I used a huge amount of control to send the slightest of tremors towards the school with my seismokinesis. I felt the ground shake for a second slightly as it went towards the school.

I heard Austin suck in a breath when the tremor passed below him and watched him stick out his arms to keep his balance.

"That should be enough. Sending that last tremor required a lot of control so I should be fine to go back now," I went to walk back to the school when I heard a yell of surprise and someone tumbled out of the trees closest to the school. The tremor just reached them no doubt.

"Oh no," Austin muttered and I squinted my eyes to see the culprit. My super vision kicked in. My breath caught in my lungs.

"MITCH?!"
