"So it was not a completely dumb decision to come to school after all!" I squealed happily with one moment of satisfaction running my veins, before I immediately groaned right after that and buried my face into the big fat textbook after realising I still have to endure with stupid faces for some extra days, obviously becoming a living example of the word bipolar, but I had every right to be bipolar now.

"I guess it was logical, can't believe we had a literal meeting at 6 AM in the morning, I want to sue Louie for being an asshole, goddamn he's demanding." Prince grumbled his breath after rubbing his eyes, making me look at him like he had groan an alien twin alongside his head, and drop my pen dramatically onto the table with a prolonged falling noise of it clanging onto the wood.

"Bitch you're a vampire, you don't need sleep. You're complaining?" I accused playfully after pointing my fingers at him, making him flash a bit of his fangs in secret at me, and I pretended to be spooked by his beast.

"I mean, I like sleeping, who doesn't? Humans do some things that don't end up with tragedies like penguins loosing their fish to eat because of harvesting marine animals, or electing stupid presidents, and that's sleeping. So yes, I do need sleep because I've gotten used to it every night after being in the human world for years. Can't you see me dark circles? Exactly, you can't. Because there aren't any! Woohoo!" He preached while throwing a fist bump in the air, making me facepalm after cracking my knuckles, and turn to him properly since he was now my designated partner in every class.

"So let me get some things straight yeah?"

"What bruh."

"Can you tell me exactly what had happened on the meeting today? I was sleeping the whole time while it happened...so..."

"Of course you were, why am I not surprised? No wonder the King came alone this morning and would let you wake up at dawn to make you disrupt your beauty sleep."

I couldn't help but slightly blush at the thought of him actually letting me sleep further while he tried to slip away from me. I've heard that Louie did have some intel on Illusion and their actions, which was why it was an urgent meeting because it would require to happen before I went out in public.

All I remember was waking up at 5:30 AM to find a half naked Zalius pamper me with kisses on my whole face to secretly greet me with a good morning, ignoring my protests of either wanting him back in bed or getting up to attend the meeting as well, and silently get ready for it after having a good night's rest because of sleeping early. He absolutely hated the the fact that Louie actually advised me to go to school like normal, and go into the public in general because of some odd reason, making Zalius almost kill his best friend all over again because for obvious demands of approving my freedom, but nonetheless attended the meeting with essential members who go to school with me.

Although, with the additional butterfly kisses he had gifted me with, I was already in a good mood because I was finished with the healing last night after two hours or so. It didn't take that much time because I just needed to think about positive things to eliminate the bad emotions, and all I can think of was Mr Beast videos on YouTube. So no surprise there, the healing was top notch and quick.

And it also meant that my powers are slightly working more than normal, which put me in a greater mood than before.

Plus, with the extra bonus points of happily getting rid of all the anxiety, the depression, the insecurity or anger, especially fear since it was the hardest vibration to get rid of, I was also given the opportunity to watch a peaceful looking Zalius sleeping on top of me for two hours straight. I did everything to pamper him, I tried weird hairstyles on his hair, gave him at least seven or eight head massages because I was bored, and also felt his weight on me distract myself from the painfully tugging chest I was suffering from.
