"Another go-see?"

Lucy asked munching her another chocolate bar. I shrug checking myself at the mirror.

"I don't have Antihistamine Lucy. I don't want to hear my brother squealing at me."

She groaned and stand up in the sofa. Nilandas ko ang tinungo niyang daan patungo sa basurahan sa ilalailm ng sink. Nakahinga naman ako ng maluwag sa ginawa niyang iyon. Kabilin-bilinan ng kapatid ko na huwag siyang payagang kumain ng chocolates na nakatambak sa refrigerator dahil allergic siya rito, at kung malaman nitong naka puslit ng iilan itong si Lucy ay malalagot ako.

We rushed her in the hospital last-last week dahil nilantakan lang naman niya ang chocolates na bigay ng mga PR ni Kuya. Hindi na kakayanin ng puso ko kung makita ko nanaman siyang naghahabol ng hininga habang buhat-buhat siya ni kuya.

Kuya cares for her as much as I care for her too. Lucy and I are the complete opposite but for some reasons we found our comfort to each other. She's a very outgoing person while I'm the reserved one.

Ganun rin sila ni Kuya. Hindi ko alam kung paanong nagsimula ang relasyon nila Ilang taon na ang nagdaan but one thing I'm sure off is that Lucy knows him for a long time more than I'm aware of.

"You saw nothing." She said like nothing happened. I looked at her with worried eyes but she just smiled sweetly at me. Napa iling lang ako sa kaniyang inasta.

"So you'll go-see?"

Sinalampak niya ang sarili niya sa sofa at umangat ang malaking T-shirt na pagmamay ari ng kapatid ko, I saw her red underwear. Seriously? I'm so use seeing her like this everytime she visits us here in our flat. My brother is not used though.

"No. I'll get the copy of my Editorial in NY Management."

"I thought you have another, nanaman. Ilang months ka nang bugbog sa trabaho Cy."

I zipped my Suede knee high Boots. I adjust the belt on the waist part of my over sized knitted sweater.

"Working your ass off again."

"Last 2 Editorials... and catalog."

Pinailaliman niya ako ng tingin dahil alam kong hindi siya naniniwala.

"Promise."

She hissed. "That's the same line you said last time I came here."

I got my chain bag in the high stool at tinignan kong muli ang itsura ko sa salamin.

Kailangan kong lubusin ang lahat. If I got enough money to pursue last year of my college and and buy my own unit then I'll settle. Magiging sapat na kung makakapag trabaho ako sa isang kumpaniya sa pamamagitan ng propesyon na gusto ko.

Lourd? He has his own plans. Ilang beses narin kaming nagtalo patungkol sa mga bagay. I know Lucy and him have plans to settle eventually, they're right of age at ayoko na hadlangan silang dalawa. They've waited almost half of their life so it'll be my happiness if they own find their way for each other. Ngunit hindi ito ang bukambibig sa akin ng kapatid ko.

Lucy bombed out a laughter and I got so shocked with it. What's wrong with her? Too much intake of sugar? Mabilis nanaman siyang umupo at pinatong ang mukha niya sa backrest ng sofa.

"This is unusual. You gonna walk in the streets of New York with that outfit?"

"W-why? What's wrong?" Sinilip ko ang sarili ko at kinabahan. I'm never good at styling myself. I'm used wearing comfortable clothes, it just happened that I need to dress my self a little bit 'cause camera will be all over the place. Ngayon ang labas ng Editorial Magazine ko so for sure paparazzi will be everywhere sticking their noses at me. I don't have my body guards, and my manager is in the company waiting for me. That means I'll have to drive alone.
