"You're such a messy eater" taehyung said as he wiped the chocolate at the corner of his lips with his thumb. jungkook didn't reacted as he was too focused on licking ice cream in his hands. 

Taehyung admired him while he was busy with his ice cream, he gently tucked his hair behind his ear and started combing his soft locks with his fingers.

"I want more ice cream" jungkook looked up at him and said.

"you can't or else you'll catch a cold. you eat too much ice cream baby" tae pinched his nose and jungkook whined in return.

"No i want more" he huffed folding his arms over his chest.

"Fine" taehyung rolled his eyes and ordered another ice cream. they were in an ice cream parlor right now for their little ice cream date. Jungkook loved ice cream and they had to go every now and then to entertain his cravings.

"I love you so so much" taehyung said gently cupping his face when he was on his second ice cream. 

"I love you more" jungkook shrugged.

"No I love you more" taehyung protested.

"No I love you more" jungkook glared at his handsome husband.

"I love you so much that if you want I can put whole world under your feet" taehyung smirked. Jungkook stopped eating and looked up at him.

" I love you so much that if death is coming for you, i'd give up my life for you" jungkook smiled and said and with honesty. Taehyung's heart skipped a beat.

"Jungkook promise me one thing" taehyung said in a stern voice.

"What"

"You'll never do it. If death is coming for me i'm the one who should take it." tae looked directly in his eyes. 

"No_" he was cut mid speech when taehyung slid his chair beside jungkook's and noe they were only inches apart.

"Promise me you'll never hurt yourself. I can live or even die peacefully knowing you're safe but if you're hurt because of me, I'll never be able to overcome the grief. I would die my worst if you did that" tae took his hands in his own.

Jungkook frowned and looked at him.

"Why can't i do that. You always protect me so i will also protect you" jungkook pouted and looked away.

"Promise me you won't do that, or i'll never forgive you" taeyung practically growled and squeezed his hand. Jungkook looked at him and hesitantly nodded.

"I p-promise" jungkook said and taehyung smiled his dark expressions immediately relaxed and pecked jungkook's lips.

"That's a good boy" taehyung pulled apart and said. 

Jungkook smiled and loosened his crossed fingers under the table.

Jungkook had his mobile phone attached to his ears when he heard a maniac laughter of a female.

"If he can't be mine , then he can't be yours too" the girl said and jungkook knew all too well who she was. He dashed towards taehyung.

Taehyung was going to dial jungkook's number when he felt two arms hugging him strongly from behind before he can respond he heard two bullets being fired one after the other, the mobile phone fell from his hands

"TAEHYUNG" hoseok shouted as his eyes widened hearing the gunshots but he froze in his place when he realized who was the actual reciever.

The arms that were hugging taehyung strongly initially were now loosing it's strength.
