Peter's POV:

"So...Y/N really is Mr. Stark's daughter?" I ask, hoping it wasn't true. Not that it would be a bad thing. But, she lied to me. I mean, did she? I never actually asked if she was Mr. Stark's daughter. Was she just trying to protect me? But I told her I was Spiderman. I put her in more danger...shit.

And what would Mr. Stark think?! I'm dating his daughter! Does he even know? What does he know? Shit, this everything is...so different.

Okay Peter, calm down. She's still the same girl you fell in love with. She was just trying to protect you. Mr. Stark probably doesn't know, since he hasn't talked to you about it. It's best right now to just go with it.

"Parker? Parker are you listening?!" Fury asked, a little annoyed. I blink back to what he was saying?

"Oh right. Uh yeah. You need me and Y/N for something," I said. He nodded.

"Go get her, and suit up. Once she is here, I will bring you guys somewhere that we can talk. Cause clearly, this isn't it," he said, looking around.

"Uh, okay. I'll go get her," I said, stepping outside the room. As I closed the door, I couldn't help but freak out at everything that just happened. I ran my hands through my hair, thinking. I knocked on Y/N and MJ's room door, and Y/N answered it after a couple seconds.

"Oh hey Peter. What's up?" she asked. I was so worried that it would feel different, talking to her now that I know who she really is. But, no. I breathed a sigh of relief, because everything felt normal. She was still, the most beautiful and perfect girl in the world. Everything was normal.

Almost, normal.

"Yeah uh, can you come to my room for a bit?" I asked, realizing immediately how weird that sounded. Her expression changed to a bit of a smirk.

"Oh, what for?" she asked. I swear, why do I even talk at this point? I just mess everything up. I pulled her out of her room and pushed her gently into mine.

"You will see," I said. Once we were both in the room, I closed the door. I looked up to see Y/N's expression mixed between shock and worried, when she saw Nick Fury sitting there.

"Ah good. You're both here," he exhaled. Y/N looked at me.

"Is it true, Y/N? You're dad is... Tony Stark?" I asked. Her face went pale, and she looked down.

"...yes. I wanted to tell you, but dad said that it was to keep you safe and I didn't want you to be in any more danger then when you told me you were Spiderman I felt to guilty and I wanted to tell you then but-" she started to ramble, her eyes welling up. I stopped her by pulling her into a tight hug. She froze for a second, then hugged me back.

"It's alright. I understand why you didn't tell me. I still love you," I said, and she looked up at me. I wiped a tear away from her eyes, before we were interrupted by the sound of a throat being cleared.

"Well, it's nice to see you two are together, but we are on the brink of a disaster!" he exclaimed, and we pulled away from the hug.

"Why do you need me?" Y/N asked.

"Because you have Stark blood going through your veins. I know your father well, and if you are anything like him...well then you are gonna be a handful," he chuckled. I smiled lightly.

"But more importantly, you have the same spirit as your father. That, my dear, is something that is rare, and should be taken advantage of," he said. I couldn't help but smile. He was right.

"Parker, suit up. Y/N, put this mask on," he said, handing Y/N a mask like this;

"It was the only thing we could find on short notice," he said.

Y/N's POV:

Fury led us to a boat on the canal, and told us that we were heading towards a secret shield location. Peter was wearing his suit, which I didn't know he packed, and I wearing a mask to conceal my identity, in case anyone recognized me from school. I quickly went to grab my purse too, just in case.

"Y/N, Stark gave you something of his, right?" he asked me suddenly.

"What do you mean? He gives me stuff all the time," I admitted, confused.

"His glasses," he says. I realize, and go to open my purse, glad that I brought it. Peter stared in awe.

"These? What about them?" I asked.

"Ah yes. Those ones are just like...these ones!" he said, pulling out another, practically identical pair of glasses.

"Stark wanted you to have this," he said, handing the pair to Peter.

After 'Spiderman' saved me from Loki, my dad had explained to me that he knew Spiderman, and possibly wanted to make him an Avenger. I guess I never heard my dad talk about Spider-Man until that moment, besides when I was trying to convince him to let me go to school.

He wouldn't tell me anything else. Just that they knew each other. So, I guess Peter has already met my father.

"Really?" he asked, gently taking them from Fury.

"'Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown'. Stark said you wouldn't get that because it's not a Star Wars reference." Fury scoffed.

"Why does he want me to have them?" Peter asked.

"Well...they are special. He said they should help you 'fight the bad guys'," he said in quotes. Peter chucked a bit and admired the glasses.

We docked and made our way to an underground location.

"You both can take your masks off, everyone here knows who you guys are," he said to us, as we took our masks off. Fury led us to a large room with many people working in it. Peter and I trailed behind, exchanging glances every now and then.

"Over there we have Maria Hill. That is Dimitri," Fury went on, as we said gentle 'Hi's' to everyone.

"And this is Mr. Beck," Fury says, stopping by the side of a man who's outfit looked familiar...

Mysterio.
